Bends are made in PVC conduit using a tool known as a?
Bends are made in PVC conduit using a tool known as a heat gun or a heat blanket. If you want to make make accurate and aesthetically pleasing bends without distorting the pipe, the PVC conduit must be heated thoroughly - inside and out. This is achieved using a "heater box," or a "heater blanket." Greenlee tools makes both, specifically for working with PVC conduit. Also available are plugs for plugging the ends of the PVC lengths to be bent, for keeping heat trapped inside the pipe and speeding up the heating process.

What is the largest single pole breaker that is made?
In 30 years in the electrical trade, the largest one I've ever seen was 80 A. They may make larger ones. You have to check with manufacturers.
In a standard 3 phase system in North America, 7kVa would be equivalent to 19.5 amps on each phase. The equation is: 7kva*1000/208v/1.73=19.45 amps (3 phase)
What is the metal piece that connects pull chains together called?
A pull chain connector. really.
Bead chain connector. See related links below.
When you talk of voltage, you should be thinking of the insulation factor of the wire. By the same token when you talk of wire size, it is based on the amperage the wire is required to handle.
What size hole should be drilled for wire that will be pulled through the walls?
3/4 in hole good, 1 in hole better. That gets you a full 1 and a half inches from nails and dry wall screws etc and allows electricians to come back and pull more wire etc. Depending on circumstance you may also want to put steel plates over the 2x4 where you drilled the hole, so if some idiot comes behind you with trim nails longer than 2 inches you wont get a short or set the house on fire also a good idea where plumbers drill for pipes... Irecommend a short auger bit to drill with and angle headed Drill. Milwaukee makes an excellent one. I work as a remodel carpenter and am a journeyman electrician.
