Tell them why you think you deserve it and what you're willing to do for them if they get it for you. For example, I've worked very hard in school, I've earned good grades, I work around the house. If you get this for me I will continue to be a good student and son/daughter. I will do my homework and chores before I pay the Nintendo and I will not use it for more than X hours a day during the week and x hours a day on the weekend.

If you're not a good student and don't help out around the house, maybe you should work on those things first and tell your parents you'd like your efforts, upon success, to be rewarded with the Nintendo ds. You could also offer to pay for part of it.

Basically, what do they want from you that you can offer in exchange for them getting you the Nintendo? Better grades? More help around the house? A better attitude? A clean room? Stopping a bad behavior? Spending more time with them/at home? Keeping your curfew? Being nicer to your siblings? There has to be something they want badly enough. No, the way the screen works is that it has a special filter in place to make part of the screen visible only to one of your eyes, the other part to the other eye. The problem with this is it halves the effective frame rate for moving pictures, and requires the user's head to be in a specific position relative to the console, or else they see double images and the 3D effect is lost.

Flipnote Studio is not yet available for the Nintendo 3DS, nor will a separate 3DS version be made. When the eShop launches in late May, you will be able to download it as well as any other DSiWare titles, or you can transfer it over from a DSi.

There is no video out on any 3DS model, the only way to capture video from one is to record the screen with a camera, or install an expensive hardware modification that splices a USB port into the wires that go to the screen.

The DSi XL is even in quality and it has a bigger screen, But my be more expensive. On the advert it may say it's 93% bigger, BUT that's compared to the DS Lite not the DSi. It is only about 25% bigger than the DSi. So I would advise the DSi XL but it is only slightly bigger and is more expensive. But, it is your choise. Thanks for reading!

Spotpass is when game developers and Nintendo send you messages through the internet. For one of the 3DS games Dead or alive dimensions, the developers send you new costumes for playable characters, and Nintendo sends messages about new system updates, also while I had a 3DS Capcom who made street fighter sent a message to me saying a code for a new figurine.

Also something important, Streetpass and Spotpass are two different things
