What effect do you think obesity would have on blood flow?
Many ways. First, with substantial fat deposits you have to grow essentially miles of extra blood vessels to supply the tissues with oxygen. Second, the added pressure of tissue against the vessels increases pressure like standing on a water hose. Third, with time and the added blood pressure, the walls of the heart thicken like any other muscle will do when challenged. These thicker walls do not allow the heart to pump as much blood with each beat. Thus leading to many many other secondary health problems.

How many people are obese because of television?
Short answer... most likely not. Most people who are obese have it in their genes. Others just let themselves go. I suppose if their was no television certain people would be more fit because they could not just sit around all day eating and watching t.v. , but there would still be other things to do instead of working out. Television is not what caused me to gain weight, but my distant cousin gained about 10 pounds when he bought his t.v. I know many healthy people with televisions. Again, it really depens. I think t.v. is not the main cause of obesity, but it might effect a certain number of people. They might watch t.v. for hours and hours whlie they eat, but in that situation the eating is the main problem. Do you understand where I am going with this. It is eating in front of the t.v. that would probably cause weight gain.
I completley agree. I have done some research and it shows that TV itself doesnt have anything to do with it. All it is is letting yoursel go and you can eat anywhere TV is just something you can do without really doing anything at all.
