If there is any thing in the use of Ouija boards, and I think from some experiences I have had there is. It would depend on how well your head (as in you own identity) is screwed on. If you have any leanings toward paranoia or schizophrenia leave it alone especially if you are ill. At worse the consequences can be dire. Whether the effect of the powers that are used come from within or from outside, I don't know but I have seen people go loopy as a result of using them carelessly.

I don't think that it's dangerous to play with over five people. I have done it with my friends before and have had quite an emotional experience. My friends and I asked to talk to our dead loved ones, and I don't know if I believe it was them, but nothing bad happened to us after this event and it happened almost a year ago. It was pretty interesting. Just watch out, I tried it with a different group of friends and we didn't get the board to do anything until I did it with them. Your friends may not believe you and they may think that you are moving the piece when you aren't. So just make sure that you are ready for this and that you do not use the board to often, because it may become dangerous. I play roughly once every one or two months to help keep myself clean.

You can eat anything while playing as long as you don't get it dirty. If you get it dirty the Ouija board will break and the ghosts will come out and if it's a good ghost then you have good luck but if it's bad then X_X! Try to keep it clean, don't play alone, only ask good questions, make sure it's a good ghost, and that's about it!
