Depending on the amount and length of time taken, usually between 3-5 days for the occasional user. For the heavy user however it could take as long as 7-10 days. There are several factors including amount taken, length of time taken, metabolism speed, weight, hydration, and other drugs and medications taken in conjunction. But to be safe, when taking a drug test for work or probation, I would give at least a solid week of drinking at lest 2 gallons of water and lots of exercise. I do not know of any cleansers on the market that are truly effective in riding the system of the drug but search the internet and see what you get.

Call your pharmacist PLEASE. In general zoloft and certain opiods should not be taken together. Certian people do have a tolerance limit as to how much opiates they can take along with zoloft. If the medication must be taken for pain consult the perscribing doctor if you are uncertain as to the dose or interactions. If zoloft is taken with oxycodone basically the zoloft may not work as well and may cause a sort of withdrawl. Taking a single dose of oxycodone might be ok but prolonged use of it along with zoloft may lead to unwanted symptoms. DO NOT stop taking ZOLOFT once you have started it!!! The effects are very bad for many people who try to stop zoloft all at once. Please call the pharmacist.

If you're being given one type of benzodiazepine legitimately, they CAN test to see if you've strayed from your prescribed treatment. The longer the half life of the drug, the longer they can test for it. "Xanax" can be tested for for several days while "Kolonopin" could probably be tested for for at least a week or more.

The maximum dose that Percocet is AVAILABLE in is 10mg. For me, I generally take between 20-30mg at a time depending on how I feel. But I use a lot of it and have for many years, so my tolerance level is extremely high.

There is no maximum dose of opiate medications (or synthetic or semi-synthetic opiates). There is however, a maximum dosage of APAP (Tylenol or Acetaminophen) of 4 grams or 4,000 mgs daily. I currently take Percocet (Oxycodone 10mg, APAP 325mg) 2 pills every 4 hours, max 12 pills per day. That amount is a stregnth that would kill someone who doesnt take them regularly

Yes, depending on the dose. Say you have 10mg Oxycodone you can have 325mg-500mg Acetominophen in each dose. The 5mg Oxy's usually have 500mg of Acetominophen. Other names for Oxy's are, Percocet, Percodan, Endocet, and Paracetmol. Roxycodone is the only one with no Acetominophen but very hard to find and Oxycodone itself is highly addictive and most Dr's are no longer prescribing it due to the abuse of people Dr hopping (going to a bunch of Dr's to get the same prescriptions to sell or take themselves). Many pharmacy's are no longer filling those prescriptions anymore either.

HOW OXYCODONE WORKS IN THE BODY:

When oxycodone is taken (as prescribed and as intended by doctors), it first enters the stomach of the user. The stomach's acids begin to break apart and digest the tablet/pill/capsule. Most oxycodone tablets (such as Percocet, Tylox, Endocet, Roxicodone) are known as instant-release (IR) tablets. This type of tablet/pill releases all of the oxycodone at once upon digestion. This creates a much faster onset of the drugs effects, and makes effects more profound (depending upon dosage and user tolerance), but in turn makes the drug's effects shorter acting. Other types of Oxycodone tablets (such as OxyContin) are called time-release, extended-release, or continuous-release tablets (all are accepted names). This type of tablet/pill releases the drug over an extended period of time, instead of all at once like the previously mentioned IR tablets. This causes a slower onset, but makes the drug's effects much longer lasting (usually lasting anywhere from 8-12hrs.) These signals tell the brain how the body is being stimulated. When something hurts you, the body's nerves carry a signal to the brain which "jumps" or fires across the synapse's tiny gap, and tells the brain "OUCH! That hurt!". Yes, They are both oxycodone. only difference is percocet has Tylenol in it. so if you take a Oxycontin with a Tylenol....tada, u have a percocet

I do not recommend it as I had severe adverse reactions to this combination. My symptoms included accelerated hate rate, insomnia, headaches, anxiety, severe emotional breakdowns, and difficulty breathing, which was bad at times. There are more, but these were the worst. I ended up in hospital emergency, which actually worked in my favor. It was there they nailed what my problem was, as I had no idea. I actually thought I was having a nervous breakdown.

I understand this combo may not react with everyone, but you should consider what I've said and maybe consider close monitoring if you decide to take these meds together. I know I learned a very hard lesson, myself.

Hydrocodone shows up as : 4,5a-Epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one.

Percocet shows up starting with a 3,and vicodin show up as starting out at 4.

So there is no way to fool the lab.

Have an ailment that requires a medication of that level. If you don't have some issue like that then you have no reason for roxicodone right?

If you do have an issue, you'r doctor can help you with what he/she recommends.

Simplistically, 7.5 mg Hydrocodone should provide equal pain relief to 5mg Oxycodone but one must also consider whether there are other drugs such as aspirin or acetominophen included as these increase the pain relief provided by both these agents.

Having said this, one also must consider that all drugs work slightly differently on different people and linear equations such as "this much of A equals that much of B" is only a comment that refers to the majority effect in a Bell curve.

yes they both show up as morphine...they are both opiates... Wrong! Oxycontin is oxycodone hydro chloride, and shows up as just that. They have to use a certain drug test for that, and most places do. Vicodin id hydrocodone, and shows up as hydrocodone. Morphine, dilaudid, heroin, show up as opiates.

Water soluble. Opiates are very water soluble unless they are in their freebase form but hydrocodone is not in its freebase form so it is water soluble.

Acetaminophen (tylenol), ibuprofen, an aspirin are only very slightly water soluble and at cold temperatures they are practically not soluble at all.

No oxycodone is not a barbituate at all. Oxycodone is in the family of opiates (Morphine, Heroin, Vicodin, Oxycontin) oxycodone can became addictive and has the potentials of abuse. I recommend to only use these for pain relief and not to abuse them! If you stop them cold turkey you can have some painful withdraws and might even need to go into inpatient or a outpatient clinic.
No Oxycodone is an opioid usually prescribed for severe pain.

i took percocets after I had hand surgery and i've been taking lexapro for a couple months now. I was told it is fine that i did so, and everything went well. Although, everyone's body can react to pills in a different way. Definitely make sure your not taking too much, obviously do not overdose.

Of course. I was prescribed Flexiril and Ultram(pain killer) wich felt fine but the ultram was weak so i went to the doc and he prescribed darvocet n100/apap650. If u take them together its much better then just taking darvocet. Darvocet is weak too. So i take like 2 darvocets and 3 flexirl 10's. Only at night though. Flexiril is pointless for the daytime unless u sit at a desk and your muscles on ur shoulders and neck tighten up. Anyway its safe to mix the two of them. I am going to tell my doc to quit prescribing me weak painkillers they are pointless and dont help me with my pain at all unless i abuse them. Anyone know what painkiller i should ask for that is for facial pain and doesnt contain acetaminophen. Im tired of waisting money on weak painkillers
