There are a few variables that you have to take into account with. The type of gun you are using will play into account. The weather conditions believe it or have an affect on the efficiency as well. Over all, you should expect to shoot around 500-600 rounds.

They are the same gun with slight variations. The sonix has a hand grip, clamping feedneck and different ASA hose and the victor is slightly cheaper because it doesn't have those things.

I would look into the Azodin Kaos before buying either one of these.

Definatley the Azodin Kaos. Its as simple as a spyder with quality parts put in. Out of these It has the best trigger and threadings (all standard) which make it easily upgradeable. It also won the Techpb award in 2009 for best sub 100 dollar gun.

the cheapest way I know of is to not use any. I currently dont use it because I seem to have lots of trouble with it only pushing about 30 balls through then quitting but hope this helps some people. The BT Apex is a barrel that adjusts how the paintball spins as it comes out of your marker, allowing it to have increased range at the expense of accuracy. You can make the ball spin up, down, left, or right, at 9 different degrees of spin for each (1 being the lowest and 9 being the highest). Upward spin will give the ball a "flat" trajectory and cause it to go in a straight line, improving your range. Downwards spin will cause the ball to go straight for a certain period of time then swerve downwards suddenly. The left and right spin will cause the ball to go straight then swerve to the left or right, respectively. The adjustable amount of spin (the 1-9 meter) will cause the ball to fly further based on how high you set it when it is set to upward spin, and how long it will fly before it swerves in the down, left, and right spin settings (9 causing it to swerve after a short distance, and 1 after a while).

you do not get any additional useable range out of the apex or likewise the flatline, what happens is the paintball does go further but at the "additional range" the paint is flying so slowly due to the backspin that it will bounce off whatever it hits, dont believe the companies when they tell you you will be able to hit people at further distances, it is not true, you can adjust the trajectory of the shot but not the range

The Ithaca model 37 has been manufactured pretty much unchanged since 1937, so you be the judge if it's a good gun. The name was changed to model 87 in 1987 but changed back to model 37 around the year 2000.

"Hydro" is short for Hydrostatic Testing. After so many years (listed on each tank) a propellant tank must be retested for leaks and material strength. If it fails, it is condemned and cannot be refilled, if it passes, you may use it until the next test date, which will be engraved onto the bottle. Hydro testing can be done by either physically going to and ordering, or mailing your tank to the manufacturer.

Being an x paintball store owner, I can only say that if you want to buy just for occasional recreational use, Walmart will probably be for you.....But, If your getting more serious about the different games and styles, then the local shop is the place.

Reballs or "A-Balls" are rubber paintballs that when shot, do not break. Like the name implies, it is possible to use these over and over again. Many teams and fields use these type of paintballs to train with and to be cost effective.

Sadly JT did not put the ability to make it full auto. The double trigger style allows for fast shooting. JT has however released more markers with this desired feature.

It's called "recoil" or sometimes "muzzle blast", though muzzle blast has more to do with flash and smoke than recoil.

dwell is not a firing mode. It is simply the amount of time in an electronic marker that the solinoid is activated for. This typically means it is also the time which the valve in open for to allow air through and fire the paintball.
