A running gainer and a standing gainer are both parkour moves. In the parkour community, a running gainer is considered a harder and much scarier move. It's recommended to practice in a foam pit before you take to the streets.
probably not a bit thin on the bottom. what does this have to do with English to Japanese
David Belle is the person who inveted parkour with co creater Sebastian Foucan. (they are both french!)

David Belle is the inventor of parkour but he didn't die,he made a movie called district 13.
It is possible but it will be hard you will have to reformat the parkour.ifp to buttons but you will need a PS2 emulator on a PS3 to do it but you can do the more simple change the ped.ifp
Yes, I suggest a large reality check.
What you are aspiring to is to spend time in prison. There are lots of less difficult and dangerous routes to incarceration.
Martial arts is the closest thing to it. However I don't think that there is a fighting style made for it yet.
(contrary to the previous) there is an experimental fighting technique to use with parkour but it uses people as obstacles and a martial arts of your choice, but its only meant for speedy fights nothing practical, like say your being chased or chasing someone and you'd rather apprehend them or decapitate them you could just as easily turn around and surprise your enemy or if you just want to get the jump on someone a few rails or walls away your wallrun and spin kick to the side back or front of the head. Nothing to serious yet and its called offensive parkour (opk). Parkour can be used for a wide variety of things but using it to fight is kind of a contradiction to the original purpose so it would never be parkour anyways, i step from my soap box now. (feel free to update or even argue)
No. It was made illegal with the 28th amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

I would not wear Mossimo shoes. The right shoes need to have great grip, lightweight, good durability, and a thin sole.
Sole
There are a couple of factors that need to be considered when looking at the sole of a shoe:
Thickness
Despite what some may believe, a thick sole is not advisable in a Parkour shoe. Thick soles can sometimes assist in promoting poor technique. Thick soles generally provide a lack of sensitivity between your feet and the environment you interact with. This lack of sensitivity allows some people to attempt drops that they are not yet ready for. Having thinner soles allows you to feel the impact of landings. This is beneficial as it forces you to maintain correct technique so as to avoid injury.
Design
Shoes with a one piece sole will be the most effective as they do not tear away in chunks as many soles that are glued together in segments tend to do.
Weight
Ideally, the shoe should be as light as possible when you're running around all day the less weight you carry the longer you can continue to train. Generally, less added weight to the body is beneficial because it will allow more natural and free movement.
you have to be over 100 years old and over < this is correct, I am 114 and I am a parkour master
