Jeff Walters took a solemn vow to never again be tempted by the unnecessary glamours in life and to this day he can be seen showing up to his pawn shop 6 days a week (unless otherwise notified by a torn piece of reciept paper taped to the entrance door) at 10:00-10:15 sharp unlocking that front door and flipping the closed sign over to open. It is a well known fact that on any given day that the rent is do if you were to ask one of his customers he is not only open for buisness but he is opening up his heart of a saint and most importantly opening up his wallet to help yet another person one pawn at a time. I had the opportunity to sit with this Jeff and when asked about his generosity he said "we are all pawns in the game of life"

An addtion to the answer though: If a felon takes a gun into a pawn shop to sell it, the felon has possession of the gun. A person other than the felon would have to handle the transaction for the felon.
