Now to the point you will test positive for opiates because Lomotil contains -Diphenoxylate(dye-fen-OX-ill-ate) Hydrocloride which is a Schedule 5 Controlled Narcotic. I simply tell the tester that because I have IBS (or something similar but not too serious) and have to take it on a normal bases. Also ensure them that Lomotil contains Atropine(AT-trow-peen) that causes effects to deter drug users from getting high off of it.
