You will be throwing away money on negative tests if you are pregnant or not if you test earlier then the first day of your missed period. Waiting a couple days into your missed period is not a bad idea as your cycle length can fluctuate slightly due your luteal phase (time between fertility and period-beginning on next cycle)

Two days late is nothing and I doubt that you are pregnant. What you describe is PMS and the cramps often come before a period as well as during a period. Stay off of sugars, caffeine, and take B6 to help yourself. When the cramps start using a heating pad to help yourself. When you are a month late for a period take a test.

For the average 28 day cycle, 13 days before your period is not a good time to have sex. Most people ovulate on 16-12 days before their period, so sex around then, is not a good idea, unless you are trying to get pregnant. Hope this helps!

just wait give your body time sometimes when you have had sex often then your body has to adjust the menstrual cycle back and forth when you have sex did you know that every time you have sex that females your period get sets back so let's say you get your period on the second week of the month and you have sex three days before the normal time you have your period it will probably set itself back a week or two meaning it might come the first of next month or the end of this month and then it might repeat itself twice next month to catch itself just be patient stop flipping out stress can set it back too so just relax and stop worrying about the test came back negative you haven 't been throwing up so just calm down
