The surrender of American forces in the Philippines during World War II took place on May 6, 1942. General Jonathan Wainwright, who had assumed command after General Douglas MacArthur's departure, surrendered his troops to the Japanese. This marked the end of the Philippines Campaign and led to the infamous Bataan Death March.

On normal circumstances, the budget is used by the Department of Education, under the Philippines government, for Public Schools. Although there are also some government agencies that sponsors their own public school like the Department of Science and Technology (PSHS System). The budget is mainly for utilities and tools on classrooms. There has been a widespread rumor about corruption but I'm not sure on that part. All in all, the budget has been used efficiently.

because Filipinos need money so they can avoid poverty. because some say that their politic is very corrupt. they're just making promises to the community that they even can't keep. i think they only did a few promise but not all. i wish the best for the Philippine government the best!
