They could live in the tri-state area of Illinois, Virginia, New York, California, etc. They are not landlocked, as they are near an ocean, and they have a desert, glacier, and farmland. It is up to you to guess where they live. Who knows, Dan Povenmire may one day say where, but I think he doesn't feel as he needs to, as it only makes you think more.

Well, in my opinion, no. My reason is that Phineas and Ferb are so interesting because they are able to do such amazing things at age 10. Being a teenager ruins the purpose, but I guess time will tell.

First thought, buying ready made may be cheaper in the long run. Alcove implies a closet size space with no door.
