Do pilots allow for Earth's rotation when navigating?
It depends on the method of navigation. The motion of a ship or aircraft is relative to the earth, so inertial navigation or navigation by dead reckoning do not have to take the Earth's rotation into account. Similarly, if the pilot of a ship or aircraft is navigating by visible points of reference or by terrestrial radio beacons, then the rotation of the Earth does not have to be taken into account.
However, if the pilot is relying on celestial navigation, then the rotation of the earth must be taken into account, because the stars are being used as a frame of reference. Similarly, if the navigation relies on GPS, the GPS system must include the rotation of the Earth in its calculations, as the orbital planes of the GPS satellites are aligned to distant stars and do not move with the rotation of the Earth.

Pilots fight in the sky; Infantrymen fight on the ground.
A prone pilot is a pilot laying on his belly. In this position he can counter higher g-forces in turns or pull-ups as with the conventional seated position. Reason: the vertical height between heart and brain is less, so the heart has less problems to feed the brain when g-forces are increased.
Many think this is a very bad position for the pilot when you think about comfort. Wrong guess. I tested a few prone positions at home and can say that if properly supported you can be in that position for hours.
Why did the Kamikazes pilots attack the US warships?
Because a large piece of metal hitting the side of another piece of metal causes lots and lots of damage. The Japanese pilots of WW2 were trained to fight until all their ordinance was gone and their fuel was almost expended, then they would have no choice but to 'die with honor' by dealing as much final damage as they could with the only viable weapon left in their arsenal - their plane. At those speeds, a plane impacting the side of a warship could deal more damage than the bombs the fighter carried as ordinance, and certainly more then a light machine gun. The goal was to take down the enemy no matter what. "Never give up, Never surrender."

What is easier to became a Navy pilot or an Air Force pilot?
It of course depends on who you ask, but in general, training for Naval Aviators is more difficult than it is for Air Force pilots. The primary difference is that AF pilots don't have to train to launch and recover from a moving ship in the middle of the ocean in all types of weather, day or night. The analogy is like trying to hit a moving postage stamp in the middle of the ocean. Air Force planes take off and land at fixed-point air bases on solid ground.
