This was the second time at this location since coming back to town. The first time we had horrible service, our order was completely wrong, and the pizza sucked! Tonight we decided to give it another chance, big mistake! The service this time was worse than the last. There was only one other table in the restaurant, we ordered salad, wings, and pizza. We asked our waitress if we could order the to go special on pizza and she said yes. She said she would be back with our drinks and silverware so we went up and got our salads. We waited for our silverware which didn't come so we started eating the salad with our fingers until finally my husband went up to ask them for silverware about 10 minutes in. We still didn't have our drinks so about 15-20 minutes in I went up and got our drinks. 30 minutes later our wings came out, they were TINY and we didn't get any extra napkins. When the wings came out I asked the lady, who was not even our waitress, if she could bring our pizza. She said that the wings came out first because they are an appetizer and I said yes, but we have been waiting a long time. She said well that's why they came out first and walked away. Then our waitress came over and said that we cannot have our pizza at the table because it's a to go special per her district manager (who happened to be the lady who brought our wings out). We finished the wings and I had to go up and ask for extra napkins. As we left we did get two medium pizzas due to them being out of large so that was nice and the pizza was really good, the service SUCKED!

I have a very old one if you are interested. It is a square patch about 2" x2" and has a guy on left hand side with a really large black pole/stick? thing and then the pizza hut logo on the right. Personally I don't know if Pizza Hut cut the amount of cheese they put on their pizza but I do know this. Of all the major chains or mom and pop pizza stores, Pizza Hut is by far the skimpiest on their cheese. The last pizza I got there, I took a slice around the room and everyone admitted it looked like they place the cheese between the toppings. An ex employee told us unlike most pizza makers, Pizza Hut puts the cheese on last. This gives the illusion of cheese covering the pizza while it is actually the other toppings coating most of the top of the pizza.
