Are you serious? I've been finding Link Cables everywhere in Rescue Team and Darkness. For Sky, though. I do tend to find them the most at the Shaymin Village. Link Cables in Rescue Team are found mostly in Buried Relic but there are many other areas for them. Darkness...... Sorry, I can't remember. I just know I have a ton of them.

That is the last dungeon story-wise. There are other dungeons that you can get through wonder-mail though.

I am looking for the egg in Explorers of Darkness! Not Rangers! Answer Well, you have to reach the end of Surrounded Sea. It is in the treasure room after B20F, along with two Deluxe Boxes which always contain a Reviver Seed each. Do some plain old missions after you graduate and a few days later, go talk to Sunflora. When she starts talking about the Surrounded Sea, you will know you've got it. After talking to her, you can then go to the Surrounded Sea. A bonus in the Surrounded Sea is that if you bring along the Secret Slab or Mystery Part item, Lugia will appear on B18F. This will work even on your first visit, so do try to multitask by recruiting Lugia and getting the Manaphy egg in one fell swoop. Note that you must not "Use" the Secret Slab or Mystery Part, this will simply cause it to break and disappear with no other effect. Just keep it in your Treasure Bag. Also, note that Lugia has a medium rate of recruitment, so don't expect to recruit it on the first try. Secret Slab and Mystery Part are two different items with exactly the same effect. In every Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game to date, you can only evolve Pokémon after beating the final boss. There's a cave in town that you gain access to after beating the game (you have to leave your partner behind and go alone), where if your Pokémon is a high enough level to evolve (lv 15 in your case), you can evolve it there.
