ok first you have to make two profiles and then save one rental card in controller this can be done by going to save and then save battle card. then if you have 1 controller you sign out then sign in to a diffent profile and go load battle card and load eather player 1's battle card or player 2's and then you get a friend card and that's how you do it ok thnx

You can't you have to have a DS the game disc and Pokemon in your box at level 50 or they will die in one hit trust me with the die in one hit i transfered mew over at level 30 and he died in one hit.
