hi, to get a sun ribbon you need to find it in a chest such as the ones you find at the end of landslide cave, marine resort or midnight forest. all dungeon discovered at spinda cafe or wobbofets recycle shop. Pokemon also may drop chests. i suggest going to golden chambers or sealed chambers too. it is where i got 2 sun ribbons! enjoy your quest for the chests! (deluxe box, glittery box,etc,)

If you're around 14-15 in level, then you need the right type. Some good teams are: Bulbasaur and Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur, etc. What I mean is you need the opposite types like fire and grass, water and electric and so on....
Suggestions:
For Fire Types: Use Flamethrower over and over cause Groundon's sunny weather will boost power. (Charmander,Torchic,Cyndaquil, or any Poke'mon taught that TM)
For Water Types: Use Bubble 'til Groundon comes close, then switch to Water Gun.
(Squirtle, Azurill)
For Grass Types:Use Razor Leaf over and over and wait 'til power goes low and Poke'mon with Overgrow their GRASS type moves will boost.

Sunflora is in Mitonga Highway. When you enter to it from Tilt Village, keep walking to right. Once you come to a crossroad that leads you to Daybreak Ruins if you go up, but instead summon Entei and ride to right. Keep going the road until you see Jumpluff's and a Probopass. In the right, you see 2 Sunflowers that needs 2 Flame in the use. Use Pokemon with 2 Flame and a Sunflora appears. Hope this helps!
