The whig party

The gerrymandering is effective in two ways. One is to gain political advantage and the other is to influence voting choices.

The practice of gerrymandering is a way of manipulating political boundaries to create politically advantaged voting districts. It results in extremely mis-shapen political districts that can be used to manipulate the elective process. The purpose is to minimize the effect of opponents' votes and maximize the effect of supporters' votes.

The Labour Party proper was officially established in 1900 and won it's first two Parliamentary seats in the October elections of that year, with Party co-founder Keir Hardie elected to represent the Welsh constituency of Merthyr Tyfil and Richard Bell in Derby. It had overseas support from the Australian Labour Party and also from Socialist groups and trade unions in the USA. In the 1906 elections, it's number of MPs rose to 26, and it thenceforth began to be established as a mainstream nationwide political party.

Patriotic Humanitarian Movement was created in 2008.

The Free-Soil Party was a political party in the U.S. from 1845-1852 and their slogan was 'Free Soil, Free Speech, Free Labor and Free Men' this was inscribed on their banner. The Free Soil Party contended that slavery undermined the dignity of labor it also said it inhibited social mobility, and was therefore fundamentally not the Democratic Party.

Libertarians don't believe that the government should be interfering with privately performed marriages, so in a sense, yes, they are open to same-sex marriage. Libertarians who are not are hypocrites.
Libertarians are in favor of personal rights, which includes gay rights.

In many downtrodden parts of India, if you take a close look you will observe that the people know about political parties more than just that of what their constitution says. So in my view the political parties are one of the most important part of Indian democracy because they are the medium through which a most common man also know to put his views.....political parties really matter.
