Prince Charles is officially styled as follows (warning: it's quite the mouthful):

In English, this means he is the heir to the throne of England (Prince of Wales) and Scotland (Duke of Rothesay) as well as a Duke of the United Kingdom (Duke of Cornwall). He holds several subservient titles (Earl of Chester and Carrick, Baron of Renfrew, etc) some of which will likely be passed on to Prince Harry when he marries. Also listed are his numerous knighthoods and his position as Aide-de-Camp to Her Majesty the Queen (making him second-in-command of the British Armed Forces). He has numerous other (and smaller) titles and honors, but they are never used unless the occasion specifically calls for it (for example, the Grand Duke of Luxembourg made him a Knight Grand Cross of the Order of the Oak Crown, Luxembourg's premier knighthood, but unless the Prince is visiting Luxembourg he would not use that title).

You'll notice that Camilla shares many of Charles' titles, including being officially referred to as "Princess Charles" (similarly to how many married women - although usually of an earlier time - were legally "Mrs. John Doe" instead of "Mrs. Jane Doe;" they took on their husband's full name and added "Mrs." to the front). Camilla has fewer titles because she has been a Princess, and therefore a public servant, for less time - she has not had time to accrue as many honors as her husband.

Prince Charles will one day succeed his mother as Sovereign Monarch of the United Kingdom. When he does, he shall take a 'regnal name' which may or may not be "Charles." It is speculated, indeed, that he will choose "George" in honor of his grandfather George VI and to disassociate himself from the unpopular Stuart monarchs (Charles I and Charles II). If he chooses "George," he will become His Royal Majesty King George VII of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Commonwealth Realms. He will also have a seemingly unending stream of other titles and honors, both British and foreign, thrust upon him. Camilla will either become Her Royal Majesty Queen Camilla, Queen-Consort of the United Kingdom etc, or she may choose to become Her Royal Highness Princess Camilla, the Princess-Consort, in a tribute to the Lady Diana, the former Princess of Wales, who died tragically in 1996 before she could become Queen-Consort.

And lastly, if you read nothing else please read this: while Prince Charles and Princess Camilla hold all the titles, styles, and honors as listed above, they typically are referred to by the following ways:

If you are referring to the Royal Navy ship, it's still being built. It's one of the 2 next generation aircraft carriers. The other being HMS Queen Elizabeth. HMS Prince of Wales isn't due to come into service until the back end of the decade. (If they don't change their minds again). The previous HMS Prince of Wales was sunk by the Japanese in 1941.

Because the Line of Descent was to the eldest child of the previous King, George VI, but as he had no son it went to Elizabeth who became Queen Elizabeth II. If Prince Philip was then to become King he would be of higher rank than the Queen. I think the idea of male succession in the UK throne is now abolished it will go to the eldest child in future irrespective of sex.
