This is a hadith that is believed to be true only by Sunni Muslims, as Shias don't accept its authenticity for a couple of reasons. They believe that it was a fabricated hadith that was created during the time of the Ummayad dynasty (about 50 years after the death of Muhammad) to strengthen the cause against Shiism. They also say that it isn't truly authentic, as it isn't in Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, the two most authentic hadith books.

This group opposed Mohammed because the religious plurality permitted in Mecca was critical for maintaining Mecca's important position along the Arabian trade routes. It was on account of the fact that Mecca was holy site for all Arabian faiths that spared it from internal conflict and allowed the flourishing of commerce in the city. Why hazrat Muhammad did not give azan?
In my opinion, to allow people to make azan with they rhythm that is available to them and/or it is preferred the one giving azan be different than the one leading Muslims in praying.
Azan means to call. Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) never gave azan because if he'd call for the prayer, every creature of the universe would gather there to pray and obey his command. Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) was sent as an apostle for the whole universe therefore, this reason is legitimate.

WHAT WAS Role of Muhammad in dispute of fixing black stone?
Muhammad (S.A.A.W.) was always a man of peace and brotherhood. He built the whole model Islamic society on the basis of these points, i.e. peace and brotherhood. In dispute of fixing black stone, semi tribes of tribe Quraish were in front of each other for a fight to get the honor of fitting the Black Stone in the wall of Ka'ba. When all semi tribes of Quraish were right on the edge of a battle, a few chiefs of different tribes agreed on a solution that whoever will enter first next day in the morning in the Masjid around Ka'ba, will decide the solution of this dispute. Miraculously, the first person next day in the morning was Muhammad (S.A.A.W.). Chiefs of Quraish told him the whole situation and asked him to decide the dispute between them. Muhammad (S.A.A.W.) always stayed away from the ignorant politics of his ignorant tribe. That's why He (S.A.A.W.) was an agreed man from everyone as a third person to solve this dispute.
He (S.A.A.W.) took a piece of cloak, put the Black Stone in the middle of cloak and asked 4 chiefs of all 4 tribes of Quraish to take each corner of the cloak and carry the Black stone to the wall of Ka'ba. When they all reached the wall of Ka'ba, Muhammad (S.A.A.W.) carried the stone with his own hands and fixed it in the wall of Ka'ba.
This is a best example of a decision of peace and brotherhood in the middle of an expected bloodshed.

Was Khadijah bint Khuwaylid a Catholic?
No, there were few or no Catholics in Arabia at that time. The few Christians who did live there belonged to the Nestorian sect. However, there is no evidence that Khadijah was ever a Nestorian.
Ahmad ibn Hanbal in volume 4 of his Musnad tells us that Khadijah was originally a polytheist. She worshipped the pagan goddess Al-Uzza (a kind of Arabian Minerva) every day until at least 605.
Eventually she abandoned Al-Uzza and decided there was only one God. But there is no record that she converted to Christianity, or to any other religion, until 610, when she became the first Muslim.
It is certain that Khadijah knew some monotheists and was influenced by their ideas. Her cousin Waraqa was some kind of Christian. She would also have met Jews (with their emphasis on prophets and a holy book), Zoroastrians (with their graphic descriptions of Heaven and Hell) and Sabians (who had ritual washings, five prayers a day and a month of fasting). Her husband Muhammad was friends with Zayd ibn Amr, who believed in only one God but did not follow any particular religion. People have also suggested that the couple knew some Ebionites, but there is no proof of this.
However, simply because Khadijah knew people from these groups does not prove that she joined them. Probably she did not have any formal affiliation to any group between forsaking the cult of Al-Uzza and joining Islam.

Sure, Khadijah (God be pleased with her) was not Catholic but she was influenced with monotheism as her cousin. Neither Khadijah nor her Cousin believed in Jesus as God or son of God. Neither Khadijah nor Muhammad bowed to any idol or believed in any idol. Many old narrations and sources are doubtful and one should be careful when using them as references to be sure of their authenticity.
