What bald prophet was the performer of many miracles and the successor to another great prophet?
Elijah and Elisha were both experts at performing magic tricks or trivial miracles. For his friend, Elijah converted an ordinary cake into one that never grew smaller as it was eaten and, in contrived circumstances, resuscitated her apparently dead son, an event that is described in exact detail in spite of the lack of witnesses. Elisha made a pot of oil into one that never emptied, no matter how much was poured from it (2 Kings 4:3-7). Later, just as the woman friend in whose home Elijah was staying had accused Elijah of bringing evil that caused the death of her son, so a woman friend in whose home Elisha often stayed, accused him of deceiving her, after her son had died. And just as Elijah lay on top of the son to revive him, so Elisha lay on top of the other son to revive him (2 Kings 4:28-35). Both prophets struck the River Jordan with a stick, causing the waters to part, thereby avoiding the inconvenience of needing to cross in a boat. If Elisha really was Elijah's successor, he was also his imitator.
Shinto is a very strange religion, it technically has no main prophet of which its teachings are based off of.
Shinto has been around since around 500 BC, and probably earlier. It was influenced by Chinese culture, which is why the actual name "Shinto" was derived from the Chinese term "shin-tao". It has been passed around from generation to generation, following no main teaching.
If you could consider Confucious a prophet, he is the closest thing to it. the first influencing text on Shinto was the teachings of Cunfucious.
And if you really want to go far out, the imperial family/ government has always had a great influence on the religion until the end of world war II where the imperial family was forced to renounce its claim to divinity.

Who started the school of prophets in the Bible?
In Jewish tradition, there was a 'school of Eliyahu (Elijah) teaching' which was said to have ended a 2,000 period of spiritual 'tohu.' Some have dated this to the time of Abraham, circa 1925 BC.
If by school you mean a gathering of those who prophesy, then you may consider 1 Samuel 10 and even 'advisors' in the Book of Daniel.
Additionally:
According to "Halley's Bible Handbook" (Classic Ed.; p.179, 'Prophets'):
"...Samuel, it seems, was founder of a regular order of prophets, with schools, first at Ramah (I Samuel 19:20), and afterward, at Bethel, Jericho and Gilgal (II Kings 2:3, 5; 4:38). The priesthood had become quite degenerate and contemporaneous with the orgainzation of the Kingdom. Samuel, it seems, initiated these schools as a sort of moral check on both priests and kings.
These Prophets functioned through a period of some 300 years before the Prophets who wrote the closing 17 books of the Old Testament. They are called "Oral" Prophets, to distinguish them from the "Literary" Prophets who wrote the books.
The leading "Oral" Prophets were: Samuel, organizer of the Kingdom; Nathan, adviser to David; Ahijah, adviser to Jeroboam; Elijah and Elisha, who led the grand fight against Baalism."

Where is it in the Bible where it says do not lie to a Prophet?
Acts:5:1-11:
1: But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,
2: And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
3: But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?
4: Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.
5: And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.
6: And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him.
7: And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in.
8: And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much.
9: Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out.
10: Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband.
11: And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.
2 Kings:5:19-27:
19: And he said unto him, Go in peace. So he departed from him a little way.
20: But Gehazi, the servant of Elisha the man of God, said, Behold, my master hath spared Naaman this Syrian, in not receiving at his hands that which he brought: but, as the LORD liveth, I will run after him, and take somewhat of him.
21: So Gehazi followed after Naaman. And when Naaman saw him running after him, he lighted down from the chariot to meet him, and said, Is all well?
22: And he said, All is well. My master hath sent me, saying, Behold, even now there be come to me from mount Ephraim two young men of the sons of the prophets: give them, I pray thee, a talent of silver, and two changes of garments.
23: And Naaman said, Be content, take two talents. And he urged him, and bound two talents of silver in two bags, with two changes of garments, and laid them upon two of his servants; and they bare them before him.
24: And when he came to the tower, he took them from their hand, and bestowed them in the house: and he let the men go, and they departed.
25: But he went in, and stood before his master. And Elisha said unto him, Whence comest thou, Gehazi? And he said, Thy servant went no whither.
26: And he said unto him, Went not mine heart with thee, when the man turned again from his chariot to meet thee? Is it a time to receive money, and to receive garments, and oliveyards, and vineyards, and sheep, and oxen, and menservants, and maidservants?
27: The leprosy therefore of Naaman shall cleave unto thee, and unto thy seed for ever. And he went out from his presence a leper as white as snow.

How was Jesus portrayed in the Book of Micah?
A:
Jesus is not mentioned, directly or even indirectly, in the Book of Micah. However, the author of Matthew's Gospel made good use of passages from Micah, taken out of context to foreshadow the life of Jesus.
Another View:
Many Christians believe that the writings of the Old Testament had many things in them that spoke of the coming Christ (see Luke 24:44). This is particularly true of the 'Prophets' section in this section of the Bible (see Luke 24:24-27).
This then relates to Micah who had written 'echoing' Isaiah in many cases. Micah gives some important details about the coming Messiah, just as Isaiah did. Specifically, Micah 4:1-5 is nearly identical to Isaiah 2:1-4 where each portray the 2nd Coming of Jesus as our righteous King of kings and Lord of lords during the 1000 year Millennial Rule on Earth. Now no one knows for sure whether or not Micah borrowed this passage from Isaiah or vice versa, or both of them wrote it independently of the other, one thing is certain - God inspired both of them in any case.
In a broader sense then portraying Jesus as the sacrifice for all mankind, Micah 6:8 could be read as a summation of the message of all the Prophets as well as the whole Bible:
Micah 6:8New King James Version (NKJV)
8 He has shown you, O man, what isgood;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justly,
To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?
Throughout the Scripture, God often contrasts sacrifices and offerings with these godly characteristics He is looking for in mankind. God's purpose has always been to help us think and act as He does which He knows is most beneficial for us. Sacrifices were meant to be a reminder of sin and a foreshadowing of the perfect sacrifice of Jesus Christ- no animal sacrice could wipe away our past sins and the guilt we experience from them. However, the children of Israel had come to focus on these sacrifices as they believed them to be primarily what God wanted. But God makes clear that what He really wants much more than sacrifices is righteous, merciful and humble behavior. The portrayal of the perfect example of this behavior was the Messiah, Jesus Christ.
Lastly, Micah would also prophesied that Bethlehem would be the place of the Messiah's birth (Micah 5:2; fulfilled in Matthew 2:1-12).
In Jewish tradition, Joseph was not one of the Prophets, since God never spoke to him directly.
Some things about Joseph:
1) It was thanks to him that the Israelites (Jacob and family) survived the famine (Genesis ch.46 and ch.50).
2) He was the only person from the time of Jacob until Moses who experienced prophecy in any form. (Joseph had prophetic dreams. Genesis ch.37.)
3) Joseph was viceroy in Egypt (Genesis ch.41); and it was thanks to him that the nation of Egypt survived the famine.
4) During the long sojourn of the Israelites in Egypt, Joseph took steps to preclude them from assimilating (Genesis 46:31-34).
5) Jacob considered him the most worthy of his sons (Genesis 37:3 and 49:26); and he was deemed important enough to comprise two of the twelve Israelite tribes (Genesis 48:3-5).
6) He was the ancestor of Joshua (1 Chronicles ch.7).
7) Joseph was steadfast in withstanding temptation (Genesis ch.39).
