Where to go to escape New World Order?

Bible prophecy speaks of an end time "government system" that it calls the "Beast" [Rev.13]... which is in keeping with Daniel's "fourth Beast" [Dan.7] that shall be extant at the time of Jesus' return with the Kingdom of God.

This fourth Beast was ruling the known world at the time of Jesus' birth... and was the "world order" that crucified Him.

Although Rome appeared in world history to have "fallen"... this system has been at the root of today's governments [with even America's government calling one of its branches the "Senate"]. Today's governments, along with the global economy, are all in flux... and in a potential state of collapse. Trying to conceive of the global distress and panic resulting from such an eventuality [especially, with many nations armed or seeking armament with nuclear weaponry] leaves us with an unimaginable scenario. One with "life-ending, planet-ending" potential.

It's the very scenario that Jesus tells us shall come to pass just before He reveals Himself as the world's returning King.

"...for then shall be Great Tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be [again]. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved..." (Matt.24:21-22).

The present global condition is frightfully conducive to leading to the Great Tribulation of which Jesus speaks... and the resurrection of that prophesied ancient world-ruling fourth Beast, last known as the "Holy Roman Empire."

World leaders are even now, actively thinking, planning and working toward that end -- a New World Order. A central government system that they see as their potential "savior" from the global collapse that they all know is coming.

The notion of "escaping" the New Order has mixed reviews in the Bible.

According to the Bible... this New Order shall get its authority and power from Satan the Devil who owns the governments of the world [see Luke.4:5-6]:

"...and the Dragon [Satan] gave him [the Beast] his power, and his seat, and great authority." (Rev.13:2)

And it shall be given the power to: "...deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had the power to do in the sight of the Beast..." (Rev.13:14).

So, if you live on earth... the odds are good that you won't "escape" the New World Order.

However... the Bible also speaks of "some" who shall "escape" the wrath of the Dragon. All it says about it is that "the earth shall protect" these people. It doesn't say "where"... only mentioning it as "wilderness."

"And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times and half a time [3 1/2 years], from the face of the Serpent [Satan - Rev.12:9]." (Rev.12:14)

"Wilderness": "eremos" of uncertain affinity; lonesome, i.e. (by implication) waste (usually as a noun, GSN5561 being implied): KJV--desert, desolate, solitary, wilderness." (Strong's Definitions)

God doesn't say "where" this "place" is or shall be. Only, that wherever it is... the earth shall help these people survive the coming onslaught of the Dragon.

"...the Serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. And THE EARTH HELPED THE WOMAN, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the Dragon cast out of his mouth." (verses 15-16)

So, God's "elect" [some of them] are to be "protected" from the Beast's New World Order... when the time comes. Wherever it shall be doesn't matter. God will see to them at that time -- whoever they shall be.

Just bear in mind, that there shall also be "some" of God's people who shall be hunted down and killed by this New Order:

"...How long, O Lord, Holy and True, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that SHOULD BE KILLED AS THEY WERE, should be fulfilled." (Rev.6:10-11)

The Bible reveals that the coming "Great Tribulation" is a time of persecution by the world of God's elect.

"And the Dragon was wroth with the woman [protected by God and the earth in the wilderness], and went to make war with the remnant of her seed [those that SHOULD BE KILLED], which keep the Commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ." (Rev.12:17)

Being one of God's elect doesn't mean that "no thing or no one" can hurt you. Remember what happened to Jesus Christ in the world. God allowed Him to be brutally murdered by the world order of His day. He was God's Servant, and had to be killed -- and it was fullfilled.

And any who choose to follow in Christ's footsteps must bear whatever burden the Lord lays upon them: "...if so be that we suffer with Him, that we may be also Glorified together." (Rom.8:17)

The "escape" God's elect seek is the "second death"... not the first one that's appointed to us all [Heb.9:27].

"He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the Second Death." (Rev.2:11)

Jesus saves us from the "second death"... not the first one.

"...This is the First Resurrection [at the time of the gathering of Jesus' saints to immortality upon His return]. Blessed and Holy is he that hath part in the First Resurrection: on such the Second Death hath no power, but they shall be Priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years." (Rev.20:5-6)

The governments of this world all serve the Dragon, the god of this world. And God's elect have always been subject to whatever "order" rules.

"Escaping" the rule of man's governments is sometimes adviseable, depending on the system in one's particular locale. But, such "temporary" escape isn't what God is talking about... for all of them shall disappear in the end and God's Kingdom shall stand in their place upon the earth.

God has plans for those servants of His who shall "fly into the wilderness, into their place" when the time comes for it.

But, He also has plans for those whose faith, spiritual growth and strong Godly character development prepare them for their fulfillment through possible martyrdom -- along with a powerful witness and testimony to Jesus Christ and the coming Judgment and Kingdom of God.

"...the Words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand." (Dan.12:9-10)

When the time of Great Tribulation [the New World Order] comes upon the world... those who are to "escape" into the wilderness will do so -- wherever it may be. God will show them where, when the time comes.

Those who are meant not to "escape" will also do so. And those who "should be killed" as so many have done throughout history -- shall be fulfilled when their time comes.

If you are Christ's... you have already "escaped" the Second Death, and have nothing to fear from any world order that may be -- now or in the future.

Anciently... three Jewish boys once found themselves pressured by their "world order" to bow down to an image of its deified king [see Dan.3]. They sought not to try to "escape"... but merely "refused to forsake the Commandments of their God" to not bow down to idols, regardless of what the world order commanded.

"...We ought to obey God rather than men." (Acts 5:29)

They lived in the Refuge of their God. He was their escape... their fortress from all external powers. The Holy Spirit within is one's escape from things without. Even when one finds oneself in the midst of evil.

"He shall cover thee with His feathers, and under His wings shalt thou trust: His Truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

"A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked [in the Judgment]. Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy Habitation..." (Ps.91:4-9).

To escape the New World Order... or any wicked thing -- the only place to go is to Christ.

When Joshua the prophet was born?

Moses died at the end of the 40-year period of wandering in the wilderness about 1405BC ( thus making Moses born about 1525BC) when he transferred the leadership to Joshua:-

Deu 31:1-2 KJV And Moses went and spake these words unto all Israel. [v. 2] And he said unto them, I am an hundred and twenty years old this day; I can no more go out and come in: also the LORD hath said unto me, Thou [Moses] shalt not go over this Jordan.

Deu 31:7 KJV And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou [Joshua] must go with this people unto the land which the LORD hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it.

Deu 34:7-9 KJV And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated. [v. 8] And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days: so the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended. [v. 9] And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the LORD commanded Moses.

Working backwards from Joshua 24:29 when Joshua died at 110 to this leadership change makes Joshua about 90 when this happened, so this would make him born about 1495BC.

What are the prophets mentioned in Quran with name start with S?

Prophets Suleiman (or Solomon) and Saleh, peace be upon them.

Do Muslims honor Jews such as Abraham and Moses?

Strictly speaking, neither Abraham nor Moses was a Jew and Muslims consider both of these figures to be Muslims.

_______________________________________________________________

Muslims consider Abraham and Moses to be two of the five greatest prophets; namely prophets Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad, peace be upon them all; and honor them accordingly. I wonder how some believe that Abraham was a Jew while Judaism started by God revelation of Torah to prophet Moses; peace be upon him; many years after prophet Abraham era. The logic behind considering both Abraham and Moses as Muslims is that Islam means surrender and full submission to God; the Creator; which is God religion since start of universe and mankind creation. Islam per God revelation of Torah to Moses is called Judaism, Islam per God revelation of the Bible to Jesus is called Christianity. Islam per Quran revelation to Muhammad is called the same name Islam as it is the last God religion and prophet Muhammad is the last God prophet.

What does it mean to say that the prophets were spiritual warriors?

1) In order to achieve prophecy, they had to first achieve a high degree of righteousness, which includes being victorious in the battle against one's own evil inclination. 2) Many of the prophets had to scold their own people and fight against what was wicked in God's eyes.

The prophets were extremely learned and pious individuals, both men and women, whose superlative level of piety merited them with visions from God. They had to be humble, yet speak with authority. They had to love their people, yet not hesitate to rebuke with caustic words if commanded to by God. (See:Why did the Prophets rebuke? And see: Why did some people not listen to them?)
The prophets were called upon by God to guide the people and to guide the king. While the king had authority in national matters of state, and the Sanhedrin (Sages) had say in Torah-rulings and halakha (law), the prophets spoke in matters of ethics, of belief, of loyalty to God, and behavior. They rebuked the people at God's command, they predicted events which God revealed to them, they taught through Divine inspiration, and they provided optimism and hope with the prophecies of eventual Redemption.

How did Malachi become a prophet?

AnswerThere was never a person called Malachi. The Book of Malachi was written anonymously. probably in the early post-exilic period. Verses 3:1-4 refer to 'my messenger' (Hebrew: mal'aki) and it is this reference that gives the book its name: Malachi.

Answer:

The Bible doesn't go into great detail as to the history of the calling of all of its prophets as it does, say, for Moses. But, in all cases, they are "called by God."

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God..." (II Tim.3:16). The book of Malachi is scripture. So, God inspired Malachi to write.

2 Peter 1:21 -for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. [NKJV]

Answer:

In Malachi 1:1 the author calls the book "The burden of the word of the LORD to Israel by Malachi. Any message (also called a burden or an oracle) delivered to Israel or Judah from the LORD was delivered by a prophet, therefore we know that Malachi was a messenger. Malachi means "by hand of the messenger", and there were 2 kinds of messengers- angels and prophets, and each is clearly identified as the deliverer of the message. Malachi is not an angel, so we know that he's a prophet.

Malachi, Malachias or Mal'achi, meaning "By Hand of the Messenger" was a Jewish prophet in the Hebrew Bible. Brother of Nathaniel and Josiah. Malachi was the writer of the Book of Malachi, the last book of the Neviim (prophets) section in the Jewish Tanakh. In the Christian Old Testament, the Prophetic Books are placed last, making Book of Malachi the last Old Testament book before the New Testament. The editors of the 1906 Jewish Encyclopedia implied that he prophesied after Haggai and Zechariah (Malachi 1:10; 3:1, 3:10) and speculated that he delivered his prophecies about 420 BC, after the second return of Nehemiah from Persia (Nehemiah 13:6), or possibly before his return, comparing Malachi 2:8 with Nehemiah 13:15; Malachi 2:10-16 with Nehemiah 13:23).

Malachi was the last of the prophets before the 400 silent years between the close of the Dispensation of the Prophets and the Dispensation of the Messiah.

Is prophet Khizr A.S still alive?

The majority of scholars hold that he is alive and present among us, and this is agreed upon between the Sufis, the people of righteousness and Gnosis (Christian holy book). There narratives regarding witnessing him, gathering with him, taking from him, asking him questions and receiving answers from him, and his presence in noble and good situations and abodes is more than can be enumerated and more famous than can be concealed.

The Shaykh, Abu `Amr ibn Salah, said, 'He is alive according to the majority of scholars and righteous and the commonality are with them in this."

A sound (hasan) narration, as stated by Ibn Hajar, narrated by Imam Ahmad in the Kitab al-Zuhd wherein the Prophet (Allah bless him and grant him peace) said that prophet Ilyas (Allah bless him) and Khidr (Allah bless him) meet every year and spend the month of Ramadan in Jerusalem.

Even he is however not immortal since immortality is defined as someone not being subject to death. This is clearly negated in the Quranic verse, "We have not granted any man before you eternity. Every soul shall taste death." (21:34-35)

Rather, the scholars differed regarding when Khidr (Allah bless him) would die. Some said that would die after killing Dajjal. Others said he would die after the raising of Quran. Others kept it general stating that he would die at the end of time. [Nawawi, Sharh Sahih Muslim; Alusi, Ruh al-Ma`ani]

Similarly, they differed regarding how long he has been alive for. Was he alive before the time of Nuh (Allah bless him) or after? These are issues that have no decisive proof, do not form part of the necessary belief Muslims are required to hold.

What were Prophet Muhammad's instructions to the archers in the Battle of Uhud?

Muhammad ordered the archers to attack the enemy with their arrows and to stay on the hill and not to come down. Needless to say, given the defeat of the Muslims at the Battle of Uhud, this was not followed. Specifically, the archers breached Muhammad's orders by leaving their assigned posts to despoil the Meccan camp, when it appeared that victory was imminent. However, this was not the case and the Meccan general Khalid ibn al-Walid led a surprise cavalry attack, decimating the Muslim forces.

Who is the model of all prophets?

It depends on the religion in question. Some religions have a prophet that they believe achieved the highest level of connection with the Divine. In Judaism, it is Moses. In Islam, it is Mohammed. Other religions do not have an exemplar prophet and see all prophets as equal before the Divine.

Who was the prophet persecuted for denouncing Jezebel?

The prophet Elijah fled for his life from a furious and vengeful Jezebel after he had killed 450 of her prophets:-

1Ki 16:29-33 KJV ... Ahab the son of Omri reigned over [ie the northern kingdom of] Israel in Samaria twenty and two years. (v.30) And Ahab ... did evil in the sight of the LORD above all that werebefore him. (v.31) And it came to pass, as if it had been a light thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he took to wife Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Zidonians, and went and served Baal, and worshipped him. (v.32) And he reared up an altar for Baal in the house of Baal, which he had built in Samaria. (v.33) And Ahab made a grove; and Ahab did more to provoke the LORD God of Israel to anger than all the kings of Israel that were before him.

(v.37) Hear me, O LORD, hear me, that this people may know that thou artthe LORD God, and thatthou hast turned their heart back again. (v.38) Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that wasin the trench. (v.39) And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, The LORD, he isthe God; the LORD, he isthe God. (v.40) And Elijah said unto them, Take the prophets of Baal; let not one of them escape. And they took them: and Elijah brought them down to the brook Kishon, and slew them there.

1Ki 19:1-3 KJV And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and withal how he had slain all the prophets with the sword. (v.2) Then Jezebel sent a messenger unto Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by to morrow about this time. (v.3) And when he [Elijah] saw that, he arose, and went for his life, and came to Beersheba, which belongethto [ie the southern kingdom of] Judah , and left his servant there.
