Panera is a wonderful place to work, and they pay you what you deserve and work for. It's all based on your performance. If you work hard for them, they work hard for you. Even though it is work, you have fun too. I have worked for them for two years now and never tire of it. You become close to your co workers, and you are always shown respect by co workers and managers. It is the best job I have ever had.
