So I guess if you raced a dragster against a space shuttle in a quarter mile, the dragster would win that race. As to which is "faster?" I'd say 17,000mph takes the cake.

They get the Red lantern Award as the last Musher off the Trail and get to extinguish the light. Their real reward is they finished a very grueling 1000 mile race just them and their dogs.

Probably the Canadian Grand Prix, seeing as there were many crashes, a red flag and lots of rain, also the unlickely sight of Sebastian Vettel making a mistake came and Button took advantage and won.

I assume your talking about a drag racing track, no exact answer can be given because each track differs from one to the next as far as approach, and shut down area go, the only thing constance is the length between the timing lights, for 1/4 mile drags its 1320 ft., there some who race 1/8mi. If your referring to other types of tracks, they also vary, you have oval, d-shape, paperclip shape, road-course, baja-1000 that goes for 1000 miles, all tracks differ in length an width and function. Again in any racing, there is no length (except in drag-racing, light to light) or width that is exact.

They tend to grow faster and mature sooner than any other breed of horse. However the practice of racing them as two year old is detrimental to the breed as it creates health problems for the horses.

Currently with the restrictor plate carbs, they can go about 190, at tracks like Talladega and Daytona. Which they are tracks where you run wide open all the way around and is too fast for safety. Other tracks such as California (Auto Club Speedway) and Atlanta Motor Speedway they run about 200-205 mph.

A Nascar car can usually get up to about 200 miles per hour on a large track. However though, there is a thing called a restrictor plate that makes a Nascar car slow down. They use restrictor plates strictly as a safety matter so the car does not get thrown into the air because of all the air. So I guess it really depends on what kind of car, what kind of track and what the rules are on the race track.
