1st Be aware this is not a good idea, RV Ceilings are built very light and will take much extra weight.

2nd there is no set way to do this, you will have to find the trusses in the ceiling and hang it yourself. Tioga will not offer advice on this as they will not accept any liability due to point 1.

For personal use, no. AARP et. al. still have enough weight to throw around that politicians don't dare try regulating RVs in any way which might actually inconvenience anyone.
For commercial purposes (e.g., transporting from the manufacturer to the dealership), yes, if the Gross Combined Weight Rating (the weight rating of the tow vehicle plus the weight rating of the trailer) is in excess of 26,000 lbs. and the trailer itself has a GVW in excess of 10,000 lbs.

Assuming you mean flat tow, it depends. If it's 2WD, you'd need to remove the driveshaft - manual transmissions weren't an option for this vehicle. If it's 4WD, that depends on your transfer case. IIRC, all the Escalade transfer cases were electronic shift... if it's a three button setup (2 HI, 4 HI, 4 LO), then no... if it's a four button setup (2 HI, 4 HI, 4 LO, NEUTRAL), then yes - you simply put the transfer case into the neutral position.

Yes. You could even flat tow it. All you have to do in either instance is put the transmission in neutral.

That's going to depend on your transfer case. If you have a manual transfer case, or an electronic transfer case with a neutral position, then all you have to do it put the transfer case in neutral. If not, then you'll have to remove the driveshafts in order to flat tow it without wrecking your transmission.

If you're talking about flat towing, no.. not without removing the driveshafts. The Enclave has an automatic transmission, and is either front-wheel drive (not recommended for flat towing, even with a manual) or all wheel drive (meaning the transfer case is engaged full time and cannot be put into a neutral setting).

Winnebago and Fleetwood probably have the best reputations of all of them. Of course, you want it to be built on a reliable platform, so you'll have to be careful of which chassis it's built on. You could have a great motorhome, but if was built on, say, one of the Econolines back when they offered the 6.0 Powerstroke, you were going to have a lot of problems.

For flat towing, this should only be done if the driveshaft is removed.

If it's a two wheel drive model, yes - all you have to do is put the transmission into neutral. If it's a four wheel drive, only if you can put the transfer case into neutral.
