To clean your fridge seals use 2parts baking soda, one part coarse salt and 1or2 Tbl white vinegar. Scrub along seals with and old toothbrush{don't forget the bottom edge] Rinse well with plain water. Get all the salt bits out with the rinsed toothbrush. Dry well with a clean terry towel or washcloth. Clean the whole inside the fridge while you're at it. No bleach or bleach cleanser. It will rot the rubber in the seals. Wipe and dry with 1tbl white vinegar and 1 Tbl water and dry 1 or 2 x per week.

Maybe you need to get a new fridge if it gave you no problem before. Maybe the ice is getting melted before. This has happened to my fridge even though it does not have an ice dispenser. Or if you just got it maybe you brought the wroing one or you set it wrong. Have the person who installed it come back to check or call the store where you brought it from. If all else fails find out the company and call them your self. And if that fails to get a new fridge from a new company and a new store.

My 8 yr old Whirlpool refrigerator was low on gas and had to be recharged. The problem is that there are no access plugs to the closed system. The technician showed me where they pinched the lines shut and he said it's not uncommon for over time the gas to leak out.

For him to cut the low pressure line, install an access valve by brazing (the proper way to do it), and refill the fridge with gas he charged me $189 which took almost an hour (I asked him a lot of questions so it probably could have taken less time). He also brazed shut the high pressure line where it was pinched closed to hopefully reduce the chance of it getting low again.

The safest way to clean mold from a refrigerator would be to use a solution of one part white vinegar and two parts water. Vinegar will kill the mold, cleaning it as well. Vinegar is not harmful and there will be no need to clear the food out of your refrigerator before cleaning it.

I don't think so; generally there is a line that runs from the water source (sink or what have you) that should have a shut off valve located somewhere along the line. You should be able to see where the line connects at the back of your refrigerator and hopefully track it back to the source. It's frequently under the kitchen sink. Hope this helps!

i think that yr thermostat is broken, the fridge is way cooler than you think! put a sub zero c thermometer in the fridge all h2o will freeze at 0 degrees c unless you put salt in it. what does salt do to stop it freezing?! good luck with yr fridge!
