'Rice Krispies' is a brand name by Kelloggs. It is a cereal consisting of puffed rice balls which as crunchy. In milk, the rice reacts by popping audibly, making the cereal popular with children and thus giving the idea for Kelloggs' slogan 'Snap, Crackle and Pop!' 'Coco Pops' are Rice Krispies with chocolate coatings, and 'Riciles' are Rice Krispies with sugar coatings.

This could be cioppino, which is a shellfish and fish stew where the shellfish often are still in the shell. It can include fish, shrimp/prawns, clams, crab legs, or whatever else is fresh or available. It is typically cooked in a thick, tomato-based base.

A variation on this is bouillabaisse where the shellfish are out of the shell, making it easier to eat without making a big mess (but the mess is part of the fun!).

Its just like if u put rice it water. In a about 5 minutes or so the rice absorbs the water. Its the same with electronics. It will absorb the water.

Parboiled means half cooked, so you would only half way cook the rice. Parboiling is done to speed up the cooking time in a restaurant. It also gives items a crisper taste.
