You can train with attack, do teleports, or do High Alchemy - I believe those are the most popular methods. In any case, getting to level 99 is difficult, for ANY skill. For most skills, including magic, it will cost you lots of money. It will also cost you lots of time. Note that every 7 levels, the amount of experience points required doubles. So, if you are already at level 92, you are halfway through. If you are at level 71, you just have 1/8 of the experience points required for level 99 - so, assuming it took you a month of intensive training to get that far, it will take you a further 7 months to reach level 99.

Rune Short-sword on Accurate, or Rune Longsword on Stab/Controlled. They're about equal in Attack. Rune Longsword will hit higher.

You can get wings via the Prayer Skillcape. Or, alternatively, if you're a member, you can buy one with loyalty points. (I believe there are 3 different colors you can buy with loyalty points.)

Woodcutting, fishing, hunter and mining will make a nice profit if you sell the materials you gathered whilst training the skills. Training agility will only make a small loss because of the small amount of food you will require to heal up when damaged by obstacles, but agility is a tedious skill to train.

This is because your computer doesn't meet the requirements needed for the HD standards, the only way round this and to play runescape is to play it in Low Detail.

You could either go to Draynor Village and go to Aggie the witch's house and get cheese there or you could go buy it at the Grand Exchange.

The only one I know of is General Graandor, who drops three noted grimy Snapdragons occasionally. The best ways to get snapdragons are to farm them or buy them.

First, you need milk. You can get this from the grand exchange, or by using a bucket on a dairy cow. Next, you need a piece of chocolate. Find this in the cooking guild, or again, on the grand exchange. Lastly, use the chocolate on a pestle and mortar to get chocolate dust. Combine the chocolate dust with the bucket of milk to obtain chocolate milk.

You need to raise tension four times. Your party leader should have Egg On which raises tension in a party member. The first skill learned on the Martial Artist's skill list is Psyche Up which raises tension in the user. With both combined, it should only take two turns to hit maximum tension, however the jump from 50 to 100 is not guaranteed to be successful, you might have to try a few times. When it hits 100, the character will glow red, and is now in a state of 'super high tension'.

The price will vary over time. Look up the current price in the Grand Exchange, then divide a million / (the current price).
