My favorite personally the advantage is you hit higher with the full set the only draw back is that your health has to be low in order to hit higher. The lower the hitpoints you have the better chance you have to hit high. I suggest using it in fist of guthix drop the fishing exlposives or hurt your self by eating food that lowers your hitpoints when attacking other people. i do not know if it works and i doubt it but if you want to train with it be really careful. The best armour - best stats - for non-members is rune armour. Gods' armour (Saradomin, Guthix, or Zamorak), as well as trimmed or gold-trimmed rune armour, has the same stats, but it is much more expensive. However, check your defense level - if you don't have enough defense level, you will have to use lesser armour (adamant, mithril, steel, etc.). Also, to be able to wear rune platebody, you have to have done the quest Dragon Slayer.

there has been an update and now the air temple is west of varrok. to make air runes you need to first have completed rune mysteries. after that mine rune essence. get your hands on an air talisman and then go to the air temple if you annot findit select the talisman and select locate. then folow the direction of it. use the talisman on the ruins. onceyou are in the temple click on the alter in the middle ad you will make air runes.

The charge is only lost when initiating combat, so fighting one opponent cannot be used as a way of uncharging it.

it takes approximatlly 28 days, using raw lobsters from 61-95 and then raw sharks from 95-99. make sure you have the money for the sharks or it will take longer to make money and keep selling and buying more.

I have 99 cooking and can tell you that if you play 14 hours a day using the following guide, you will be able to get 99 in 5 days. Keep in mind, this is what I did and there may be more effective methods depending on how much money you spend. Also, I was a member and had access to cooking gauntlets and the rogue's den.

61-74 Trout

This method has proven to be extremely fast, even at shorter hours, keeping in mind that you will be burning some fish. In all, I lost about 8m from this method, if you don't want to lose as much I did, it is suggested you use cheaper fish to 99 and know the levels that are required not to burn fish.

There are many reasons for this. 1. Someone might be watching while you're typing in your password. For this, just make sure no one's watching while you're typing in your password. 2. You might have a keylogger. You might want to virus-scan your computer. 3. You might of put your password on a fake site. Many sites say that you can use your original RuneScape password for that site. Make sure you're always putting it in RuneScape or FunOrb. 4. Someone could of brute-forced it. This just means you need to put more characters in your password and mix numbers and letters. 5. You might of wrote it down and someone got access to it. Try to make a password easy enough to remember, but hard to guess. 6. You might be using the same password for more than one game. Have a different password for every online game, e-mail address, ect.
