To work the 26k trick u must have 100ep (earning potential).
You can get that by having something about 76k on you and go into a hotspot.
Then you find a partner your level and you bring nothing but 26k.
He kills you. Then you kill him when hes got 26k.

WARNING you must be in a hotspot!

I think your talking about the rainbow boots and those are in the stronghold of security which is located in barbarian village the last floor of the strongehold of security it gives you a choice of two different boots with the same stats one is fighting boots and the other is the rainbow ones.

1. You have to be a member but if you are then you can find them East of clan wars (look on rs map if u dont kno where that is) or there is a little tunnel somewhere in the wildy that has them. If you are going to the tunnel take a rope. It is a ! point on the rs map it is like level 10 wilderness
