Achieve 99 in the woodcutting skill and talk to the woodcutting tutor. to get to the woodcutting tutor from lumbridge court you walk out of lumbridge court. then turn left and go for a little bit. you will see a guy in a woodcutting skillcape. near some trees. talk to him and you can get the woodcutting skillcape for 10k from him.

You won't get a very good armour at low levels. The higher your skill levels (especially "defense", for the case of armour), the better the armour you can wear. For f2p (free-to-play) players, the best armour you can get is rune armour. Some other armour (rune gold trimmed, gods' armour) is much more expensive, but doesn't give you additional advantages, so you would want to use it to show off, but not to go into actual battle.

The Seers village coal mine would be the best place to mine seeing as you can put all collected coal in the nearby coal trucks ( holds 400 coal at a time ), then you can offload them near seers bank, but the number one best place if you have the level is the mining guild at Falador, unbelievably close to the bank, but you need level 60 mining to enter.
