You can go to many places there isn't really any different xp between monsters but either kill dragons or even have a go at Bandits levl 74. This answer really depends on your combat levels. Goodluck:)

A great way to get 99 of any combat skill is to train slayer because they assign the monsters for you and you make a lot of money on the way. hope this helps 0_o

ROCK CRABS IT UR A NOOOB. THEN GO TO HOBGOBINS TELL 45 AND LOOK UP SOME GUIDES ON RANDOM SIGHTS THERE NOT HARD TO FIND.

Rock crabs are a really good way to start because they're low level and have good xp. once you get 70 defence get full guthans armor and a zamorak/saradomin cape. then go to bandits. it pretty much trains itself because the guthans heals you often so you wont die and the bandits attack you constantly. i got over 200k xp each day and i was barely even at the computer. u do have to check occasionally because random events come a lot. hope this helps. oh and wear a ring of wealth cause bandits drop rannars if u want some extra cash. it made me about 500k and a lot of the time i didnt pick them up because i wasnt there. good luck :)

the best way to get money and skill from fletching is to go to the G.E buy 2k of flax then buy a teleport to varrock use home teleport. put all your flax in the bank at the top of the castle. then take out 1 inventory go down the stairs 1 time spin the flax on the spinning wheel then take bowstrings back to bank.

once you have span all your flax use tele to varrock sell the bowstrings and what ever ammount of gp you spent at the begining as doubled.

keep doing this process over and over again.

Personally, most of the time I try to maximize prayer bonus, to make prayer last longer - and then use protection prayers. This type of armour is fairly cheap. You can also choose armour that maximizes melee damage, ranged damage or magic damage you cause; or concentrate more on armour that protects you better, so you can use less food while attacking NPCs. There is usually some trade-off, meaning that armour that is best for one purpose is not necessarily best for another. For example, if I maximize prayer bonus as mentioned above, I also cause less damage per second, since I have less bonus for melee damage.
