the best way to get money and skill from fletching is to go to the G.E buy 2k of flax then buy a teleport to varrock use home teleport. put all your flax in the bank at the top of the castle. then take out 1 inventory go down the stairs 1 time spin the flax on the spinning wheel then take bowstrings back to bank.

once you have span all your flax use tele to varrock sell the bowstrings and what ever ammount of gp you spent at the begining as doubled.

keep doing this process over and over again.

Best for what? It really depends on a variety of factors; like how much money you want to spend, and your preferred combat style. Personally, most of the time I try to maximize prayer bonus, to make prayer last longer - and then use protection prayers. This type of armour is fairly cheap. You can also choose armour that maximizes melee damage, ranged damage or magic damage you cause; or concentrate more on armour that protects you better, so you can use less food while attacking NPCs. There is usually some trade-off, meaning that armour that is best for one purpose is not necessarily best for another. For example, if I maximize prayer bonus as mentioned above, I also cause less damage per second, since I have less bonus for melee damage.

Its highly unlikely and the answer is going to have to be a no.

Yes a level 15 can defeat elvarg, though it would not be easy, and I am not sure you are actually capable of reaching him at level 15 due to quest requirements..

The combat level is a rather poor indicator of a characters actual fighting ability.

For example, a player could only train melee until attack, strength, and defense were level 60. This would put said players level at around 50-60. If the same player decided to start training ranged, even though his combat level would be high, he would not be a powerfull ranger due to him having very low ranged levels, where as a player who just trains ranged and def could have 45 ranged/def/hp and be a lower level, yet have a easier time on elvarg. It would most likely be easier due to elvargs weakness to ranged attacks.

From the grand exchange, but in nonmembers world the cockroaches (the higher levels) drop rune scimitars once in a while. Otherwise in members world once you did monkey madness you can buy dragon and rune scimitars.

You will need two people to do this. One person must become part of the black arms gang. to do this you must do what charlie the tramp (located in southern varrock) tells you to do. He tells you to steal two phoenix crossbows, but i just went to the ge and said buying phoenix crossbows and got two. The other must talk to baraek in front of the varrock castle. he tells you how to become part of the phoenix gang. Then you must find the half of the shield, located in the gangs. You and your partner go to the museum, located in varrock, and give the curator the half of the shield and he gives you two halves of the certificates. Trade one of them to your partner, and he'll trade you one back. You will be able to connect the certificates, then you must take it to the king Roald, located in the beginning of the varrock castle.

I don't think the first answer was about the right game....

There is no real level needed to complete Dragon Slayer, although, I recommend about level 60 (melee) or 45(range). Also, take a few lobsters/swordfish with you. Do not mage the dragon as the armour you use to mage will allow the dragon to hit regularly on you :)

They do have runescape bot which do things according to script like cutting trees, fishing etc. But if you get caught, your account will be banned.

they heal 230 hp,

they also can heal you up to 100 hp over your standard maximum.

Note, this will not be accurate in the long term due to the evolution of combat update which will be coming later.

At any rod fishing spot. Remember... It will give you more random fish as you level up Fishing.

You first have to do the quest "Rune Mysteries" to basically teleport to there. Please note that that is the only way to teleport there. Then, you right-click either Aubury in Varrock in the magic shop or Selridor in Wizards Tower and click the"teleport" option. It will take you to a mystical place. Go to a direction and you will see a sort of grayish rock. Start mining! (P.S I reccommend you to the Aubury path because it has a bank and the grand exchange.) P.S. this is rune essence. if you want to mine Rune ore, you must go to the wilderness and mine in the pits there. but if you do, there is a risk you may get killed by higher level ghosts and spirits.

A lot of people train magic in fist of guthix but l am suggesting that if you are rich buy the best runes and train where you train range normally. To find out, type where is the best place to train range?
