start by completing rune mysteries, then go to the air altar with an air talisman or an air tiara with rune essence to craft air runes After rune mysteries, you can about craft any rune by gaining up your rune crafting level. But you craft specific runes, you need rune essence and you need that rune tiara/talisman and go to that rune altar and enter to craft your runes from the essence.

if you are high enough level to kill lvl 28 hobgoblins (for this i would recommend lvl 35 with a scimmy of mithril or higher and use a slash attack) first go to the ice cave in port sarim and go to the lvl 28 hobgoblins there is also one lvl 42 hobgoblin if you are a higher lvl kill them until you have full inventory of limpwurt roots they have dropped uncut sapphire for me a few times so pick that up aswell. limpwurt roots and uncut sapphires sell for around 2k each 28=around 56k this is also a good way to train attack strength and defence

first you talk to the duke of lumbridge until he gives you a talisman.then you take it tothe head wizard beneath wizards tower.give him the talisman and then he will ask you to deliver a package toaudbury.you go to the runeshop in varrock and talk to the owner.givee him the package and then he will give yousome scrolls.take the scrolls to the head wizard and give them to him.continue talking to him until he stops.now you have completed the quest

South of Lumbridge there is a swamp; you can find coal in the mines at the east end and at the west end of this swamp. You can also find coal in the Barbarian Village. There is coal in the Wilderness (risky, because of the Revenants), and in the Al Kharid mine. Probably a few other places too; check the RuneScape manual.
