with 32 attack, it really depends on whether you're a member or not, if you're a member, those little rock crabs in the fremennik village are usually what people with your attack level train on. but, if you aren't a member, i would suggest you trained on guards or something that's a relatively low level with a lot of hitpoints.

A strange rock is an item you will randomly get when skilling. You need two of the same strange rocks, then take it to Varrock museum and talk to the Museum Corrator (sorry spelt wrong).
