Actually, most thermal insulation materials like foam board and fiberglass bats actually used trapped air (or other gas) to provide insulation. for non members the best place to mine gold would be the Al-Kharid mine north of Al-Kharid. the other best place is inside the Karamaja volcano. but there is no bank near there. also, if non members have 40 crafting they could enter the crafting guild which has 7 gold ore rocks.

for members after you have completed between a rock you get to go to a mine with unlimited gold (actually there are hundreds of gold rocks and nobody goes there). you will need to be shot out of a cannon to do so. you will understand if you have done the quest. there is also a dwarf boatmen that will take your gold back to the bank for you. but with a cost. per every 3 gold he will take 1 gold. but with a ring of Charos (a) not (0) it will be 1 gold per every 5.

unlike the living rock cavern there is no danger and you are free to mine gold without getting killed.

I Think the Best mining place in F2P would be the crafting guild, there is 7 rocks there and if you want you can teleport from the mining guild to fally (saves time). You will also need 40 crafting and a brown apron equipped to enter the guild.

For Members definitely in the Living rock caverns. Gold deposits (80 mining req) and coal deposits (77 mining req) are down there, there is also a very close deposit box located there. I recommend mining there. forgot to mention very good exp as well :D

There is currently no way to design your own shield. You may, however, paint rune kiteshields with crests (in your player made house) or may find trimmed shields during treasure hunts.

Actually it wont take that many, in total from 0xp to 99 it takes 192k willows, (i know this because im getting 99 wc) so it would prob be about 191k willows from 20-99

There is multiple ways to make money at any level and there is no real 'best way', also not knowing what skill you are level 60 in i assume it is combat so i will just say the possible ways to make money using combat in a free to play world.

1. kill cows, take cowhides, sell on grand exchange usually prices around 100gp each so, kill 100 cows you make around 10k

2. kill hill giants, take big bones, sell on grand exchange usually prices around 3-400gp each so kill 100 you make 30-40k

3. kill lesser demons, these are quite hard to kill and are on karamja however you can fish on the pier located there and cook your food and keep repeating trips, these drops rune med helms and other items which can be of some value but its rare they do and it could take a few trips.

4. the giant cockroaches between barbarian village and Edgevil you will need food to make a decent trip to these since they can hit often, however they are worth the risk as they can drop, rune scimitar, rune plate, rune legs, rune kite and others.

There's many more ways to make money but it would take too long to say them all and i was just naming a few combat methods for free to play in case you are not a member.

The best possible way to make money in an f2p (free to play) is to get your mining to level 85 yes, I know what you may be thinking "that will take forever" don't worry you will thank me. Go to a medium populated world *remember if you go to the lowest populated world there will always be a player or players there.* Now once you are logged in go to the dwarven mine located under Falador If you don't already have 30 mining you may want to get it. Alright now that you have 30 mining hopefully... Now this is the hardest longest most frustrating and it takes extreme patience... Mine from 30 to 85 coal rocks only, gold, adamintite, ect. are off limits these will only slow you down. There are 11 coal rocks down in the mine. Also don't bank the rocks this will slow you down exponentioully, powermine (drop rocks as you go along) don't get greedy with the money just yet. Bring 32,000 gp when you hit 41 mining, so you don't need to go all the way to the grand exchange, buy the rune pickaxe from Nurmof's pickaxe store in the dwarven mine........................................Months later. GOOD Job you are officially ready to become RICH, f2p can only mine in the wilderness but don't worry m8 pkers won't get you because i have an alternative yes I'm going to tell you one of my secrets.... Go to a foreign world (yes foreign world) French, German, or Portuguese there is usually no one in sight so once you mine those 3-4 not sure how many again, switch worlds after you mine those there is only about 2 free worlds in each foreign server the reason i tell you this is because it take about 30min for each to spawn but don't forget abouth the English world two look for 2 world there that there is no one there make sure then mark those as your favorites you should make about 524k in 45-50min then wait 5min after mining all the rocks because it should have taken you about 25min to mine all of them i make about 2.45m a day. By getting the hides of different trappable animals in the different hunting zones in runescape, then bringing them to a clothes shop to have them turned into hunters clothes for a small amount of coins.

To get 99 mage fast is to high lvl alch from lvl 55-99. i dont have 99 mage but i heard u need about 19k of nature runes. (if i am wrong correct me) and a fire or lava staff.

depends on ur stats really..if u are a pure go to train on hill giants near varrock, keep the big bones and sell them if u have at lesat 40 def then go to lesser demons or you could go to pvp worlds and get some kills

It also helps you wield weapons that could be required in your level (ex: if your attack level is 70, you could wield an abyssal whip( only for members)).

Oh yea, if your strenght level is higher than your attack level, you might have hard time defeating a monster or player even if your strenght is high. Attack actually could help you defeat a monster or player easily.

For Lvls 3-20: Train on the wizards on the path northwest of Port Sarim.

Lvls 21-49: Train on Skeletons.

Lvls 50-100: Train on Demons (lesser or greater, and you might need Silverlight)

Lvls 101 and higher: Train on monsters greater than lvl 126.

The best monster to train would probably be Kalphite Queen (if you're a high lvl), and it is somewhere around lvl 300.(even at a high level kq is a hard hitter and a hard battle if you do this i recommend a partner!) Or if you are above level 50 you could go giant spiders in the stronghold of security, if you have the barrow set of guthan's it is the 2nd best defensive experience earner in the game

This is not true, when you are reported, the system automatically takes a 15 minute screen shot of the game (I'm not sure when this starts and when it ends) where the player who reported is standing and will report whatever they heard. If there is anything that is illegal going on, they do contact the police, however if u're just spamming or doing something petty, then you will just get a mute or ban for 24-72 hours, depending on how bad the offence was.
