If they don't have one then they will die. The episode was episode 199 before the last one. The heart seed of Sailor Moon was the silver crystal it was the best star seed that ever existed so the evil Sailor Galaxia took it away from her body and then she fainted because she can no longer live. But then this light of hope came and gave her a new star seed that isn't hers. The second starseed she has is not has pretty has her owns but it was stronger because it was the star seed of the best sailor scout that ever existed and that sailor scout is sailor galaxia. She became evil because she was controlled by Chaos but in the end no one died.
