No, selenium is not an alkali metal. It is a nonmetal element that belongs to the chalcogen group on the periodic table. Alkali metals include elements such as lithium, sodium, potassium, and cesium.
The configuration of Selenium involves setting up a WebDriver instance with desired capabilities, specifying the browser type and version, setting up the path to the driver executable, and configuring any additional desired options. This configuration allows Selenium to automate the chosen browser for web testing.

Carageenan is a seaweed that is used as a thickener in many food products, including ice cream.
Slenium has 34 protons and 45 neutrons! :)
Selenium should be surrounded by 6 dots, 4 of the electrons in pairs, and the other 2 as themselves for conventional drawing...

selenium has a -2 charge. when it forms a compound with another atom the charge of the compound should be zero unless it has a cahrge in its equation. when compounds form they try to be in the most stable state which is when all their valance elctrons are full which means the charge is zero.
Selenium is more in common with Sulfur because they are in the same group. They have the same number of valence electrons and the only elements Selenium is related to is Sulfur and Tellurium. Anna C.
Selenium is stored in the heart, kidney, lung, liver, pancreas and muscle tissue. Selenium is found in nuts, meat, mushrooms, fish and eggs.
