This is the canned answer to the general question "how much is my gun worth".

There is no way that this can be determined via a description of the firearm because condition of the item is critical to its value. In addition, whether the gun is considered to be modern or antique will significantly affect not only its value but its saleability in some jurisdictions.

The steps necessary to assess a firearm are to first Clearly identify the manufacturer and model of the firearm along with serial number and significant features. Many people choose to not report the full serial number but instead disguise the least significant digits i.e. 1234XX. Features such as finish, barrel length, custom engraving or carving, and stock material may be significant. It may be useful to consult some of the books on gun values such as "The Official Gun Digest Book if Guns & Prices", the "Official Price Guide to Antique and Modern Firearms", the "Standard Catalog of Firearms", or "Flayderman's Guide to Antique American Firearms". All of these resources can provide information for identifying the firearm. The grading systems used to assign values are usually similar between the books although there can be differences. Once the firearm has been identified and condition determined, the "fair market value" can be assessed by consulting the internet market. AuctionArms.com and GunTrader.com can both provide input as to a gun's present market value. If gun shops and/or gun shows are available in your area, taking your gun in for professional inspection can be informative. Look for businesses or individuals who specialize or deal in that type of gun (take a Luger to a Luger collector rather than a shotgun collector). Remember that these people are in the business and will be looking for a "good deal" if one presents itself.

Guns, like everything else, usually aren't worth as much as we would like but they can have appreciable value.

From what I have read so far it was made by mossberg. This is based on some articles I found doing a basic google search of the firearm name and serial number.

Your revelation model 220b was actuaaly made by mossberg.The mossberg model designation for this firearm is the mossberg model 800B.The mossberg model 800 was made in 1967,the model 800VT was made in 1968,and the model 800D was made from 1970-1973.I would say that your rifle was made in 1967-1968.

If you are speaking of having only a pistol grip & not a stock, the answer is NO. If you wish to add a pistol grip & have the stock on at the same time, the answer is maybe, it is a matter of how much gunsmithing you wish to pay for. In general, a good gunsmith can do anything if you have the money and it is legal.

Remington used a 2 or 3 letter code stamped on the barrel to indicate month and year. These are very small letters, located on the LEFT side of the barrel (as you are holding the gun) about 1 inch from the receiver. You may need a good light and a magnifier. They will be a combination of the letters BLACKPOWDERX. Once you find them, go to the Remington Collector's Association website, and use the table there. This will date rifles fairly well. Shotguns may have a replacement barrel, and this may not be as accurate for them. Unlike other makers, the serial number is pretty useless for dating a Remington.

It all depends on which country you are in. Price varies by a lot between Canada and US.

Also, its very hard to give you a price on used firearm since age and condition of the firearm affects the resale value.

Sorry- these have been out of production for a LONG time- the largest source of used parts for these is probably gunpartscorp, and THEY are out of forearms and stocks for Victors. These were not high dollar guns when new- parts may cost you more than a complete gun is worth. You can check with some of the gun forums, and check gun shows in your area for used parts that you can use. Wish I had a better answer, but sometimes parts are just no longer available.

Depending on where your shot and if you survive the shock it can feel like a charlie horse along with severe burning sansation as if someone put a lighter on the area. You my also feel muscle tightness like you pulled a muscle those are the things you,will feel medical examiner doctor

The 'maximum' range of ashotgun differs, I suggest getting a friend to stand around 10 metres away, fire the shotgun at them, if they are hit then it is more than 10 metres.
