When you get sponsored as an amateur or pro skateboarder, whatever company you skate for might give you new decks for free clothes shoes etc.. But in return you have to make skate videos get pictures of you skating and place medals in contests.

here are some issues you might have with you tail since you werent specefic.

Razor edge - you've been shredding and stopping with the end of your skateboard. stopping with it is a bad idea. first, it will get to a really sharp point. when your riding and fall of that sh*tt might slam you in the ankle and cut you like you disrespected that n*gga in prison.

Chipped - if you start doing flip tricks like 360 flips or Backside Heels, your bound to chip the edge like my peice of sh*t plan B. the wood will come off in slivers and just keep coming.

snapped tail - i think you know its time to put your board to rest. thank it for all its time, patience, perserverance, ill tricks you learned, and buy a new one

Longboard wheels have a small hub, or core, inside it. Skateboard wheels also have this. This allows you to put bearings inside of both of them and can interchange what trucks you put on it. Generally, longboard wheels fit on normal skateboard trucks but a problem you will encounter is wheelbite. You may need to sand the board for wheel wells or put big risers on your board. Another solution is buying harder bushings for less turn and lean.

A lot of people say put your foot in kickflip position well I don't like that I like to put my back foot half way on the tail and my other one directly in the middle if the board with the toes hanging off a little I jump to the toe side and bend your knees to have a better pop but you Wanamaker scoop not to hard because your board might go crazy I Broke my dads rims trying it, but yes and when you land be at a decent height and land with some force so that you don't swerve all over the place and land sketchy.
