I have a pet Skink called Angry and he is out of hibernation all ready!

And i got a page off wikkipedia and it says their preditors are Birds, Bigger lizards, snakes, Hopper ants.

it can live without its head for 2 weeks, because it has open blood vessels (so it won't bleed to death, and it always eats so much the nutrients in its food will keep it from starving to death. HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL.

Skinks really do bite because i have caught one and it bit me!!

Foods: Skinks eat everything - crickets, snails, carrion (bits of turkey or chicken are okay, if you run out of carrion), fruits, flowers, vegetables, mealworms, earthworms, banana bites, greens, baby foods, grasshoppers, beetles, spiders, caterpillars, and smaller lizards. And eggs, boiled, scrambled, or raw, and probably poached.

you cant exactly tell when they arn't fully grown, but once they are adults the male will turn brownish black colored all over the body and the female will stay the same (blue tail, stripes, etc.)

They are viviparous meaning they give live birth like humans (assuming you meant Blue Tongued Skink). There is no species with the common name Blue Tailed Skink.

I have found them in numerous places including my barn, under planks of wood, in between bricks, I once found a family of them in a rotting log. Usually you will find them in where it is moist yet dry. But beware if you find one in the winter and it is hibernating, LEAVE IT BE! I learned that the hard way and it died. Also, don't be surprised if it's tail falls off, it does this as a defence mechanism to divert the predators attention. I hope this helps:)

When talking about common five lined skinks; yes.

They can get up to 26 inches long

store bought crickets or mealworms, NEVER feed them wild crickets or mealworms, they could make him/her sick. you can buy these at PETSMART, that's what i do for my 5 lined skink.

Its quite easy. Keep the temp nice and warm and give them some leaves to shelter under and to also help build their nest. Then hopefully in a week or 2 there will be little eggs the size of peas :)

i think that you need a small fish tank and 2-4 skinks (wild) put alot of dirt & leaves and 1 rock that they can sun on ok feed them fly's, small worms, crickets, grasshoppers and maybe some mashed fruit.

then u put some water in a small cup and put a spot for them to lay their eggs then let them do the rest in 2-3 weeks u will have about 7-8 little baby skinks running around but then u need a bigger tank!

Skunk geckos do not change color but can change tone, they will fire up or fire down. Meaning, when the animal is active at night, it should generally be a brighter color, this is firing up. When the animal is sleeping during the day, it will generally be dull in coloration, this is fired down.

Yes,all skinks eat fruit but no sour fruit!they also eat veggies and other bugs.but you need to be responsible with these animals.
