Garden skinks typically lay their eggs during the warmer months, with peak breeding often occurring in spring and early summer. The female usually deposits a clutch of eggs in a hidden location, such as under rocks or in leaf litter, where they incubate for several weeks before hatching. In some cases, skinks may also give birth to live young, depending on the species and environmental conditions.
First off, all of the lizards I am about to list you will need to do at least a month's worth of research before getting. Make sure you will be able to afford all food, heating and lighting costs before getting one.
Bearded Dragon (my personal favorite)
Blue-Tongued Skink
Armadillo Lizards
Dwarf Sungazers (often sold and confused with the lizard listed above but entirely different)
Collard Lizard
Uromastyx (a few different species)
If you turn the cage on it's side so it's taller than it is long you could keep:
Crested Gecko
Chameleons (a few species)
Not lizards but will do well in an enclosure that size:
Russian Tortoise
Hermann's Tortoise
Greek Tortoise
Box Turtle
Ball Python
Tree Frog (different species)
Salamander (many different species)

How much does a reptile license cost?
it varies from state to state. For instance in my state all you have to have is a valid hunting license to keep native species, both venomous and non. But to keep exotics reptiles of any kind you do not need anything here in my state, MS. You will have to check with your local legislation not only for your state but also your town (some towns have their own laws along with state)
What is the small instestine lined with?
The small intestine is lined with a mucosal layer that features numerous finger-like projections called villi, which increase its surface area for nutrient absorption. The epithelial cells on these villi contain microvilli, further enhancing absorption. This lining also includes specialized cells that produce digestive enzymes and absorb nutrients, as well as goblet cells that secrete mucus to protect the intestinal wall. Overall, the lining of the small intestine plays a crucial role in digestion and nutrient absorption.

Skink with yellow stripes what type is it?
a skink with yellow strips is a yellow striped skink how could it be any other type?
I don't think so, but it might depend on the species. I have a five-striped skink and it has bitten me, but its teeth are too small for it to hurt. It just feels like a little pinch but doesn't hurt. Anoles, on the other hand, can have painful bites, but it depends on size with them.

What do blue tailed skinks eat?
Skinks in the wild eat anything that walks or flies by as long as they can fit it into their mouths. Avoid caterpillars, spiders, wasps and bees. Somehow in the wild they avoid the poisonous ones, captive ones might eat them and get sick . I raised them on meal worms and crickets dusted with "Herptivite brand Multivitamins and Calcium" I'm sure others would work just as well, also would give them canned Monitor/ Tegu food as a treat, they'd really enjoy it. Feed them until they are full every 2 days or so. You will be able to see them looking around for more if they are getting really hungry.
