A corporation can be managed and structured in a socialist (co-operative) way in a capitalist economy. But it cannot be run in a socialist way (produce goods and services for use) in a capitalist economy, otherwise it would not survive in the market.

A corporation can be organized as a co-operative, with workers collectively owning the corporation, with internal democracy. But that is the limit to how socialist it can become. It will not be able to operate as a full socialist organization as long as it exists in a capitalist economy.

Communism which promotes the working or lower classes over the wealthy is popular among downtrodden people of all classes. The communist people of Russia had long suffered from the semi-feudal system that was extant in early 20th century Russia. Czar Nicholas was an absolute monarch and there were little if any human rights. As a result, an ideology promoting the underclass was a very easy sell.

Stalin held a different view of socialism from Trotskyists, Orthodox Marxists, Anarchists and Lenin's original conception of socialism.

Because they think that it will cut medical expenses. If everyone made the same amount of money and charged the exact same amount for medical procedures then it would stop all of this crazy hospitle charges.
