In the comic store I owned for many, many years, any of the Treat Pedigree Collections, including the one you are talking about, sold for between 5 and 7 dollars. The "Child Within" pack containing Spectacular Spider-Man #'s 178-183 was really the only rare one, fetching about 20 bucks. The problem we encountered with the packs is that during the collector boom of the early 90's that eventually derailed the comic industry, people were buying the Treat Pedigree Collection packs from Wal-Mart and keeping them in boxes, hoping to send their children to college some day with the profits from the sealed packages. Then, around 2000-2001 when the books turned up almost value-less, the collectors were dumping them in droves for pennies on the dollar. The Pedigree Collections, while incredibly cool, now have no true collectors market because shop owners had no choice but to fill our quarter bins with the VERY common comics. The only piece of the collections that seem to hold any interest are the "header cards" at the top of the package. They aren't worth anything, but they are a running joke among collectors because the story summaries that the cards offer usually did a very poor job of describing the actual issues or the stories within. Sometimes the only thing that the header cards actually got correct were the issue numbers of the copies inside the pack.
