I can't say if it is rigged in a malicious, keep you from winning sort of way, but I can tell you it is not truly random. I usually play on the medium, two suit level and I wanted to see if I could play it down to where I had so few cards that it was forced to leave open spots before dealing out the last round of cards. And it is impossible. It always conveniently leaves at least one of the numbers you need in the last round of cards. So you cannot complete enough runs to nearly clear the board. I have probably played close to 10,000 hands and I have not been able to do it.
