Is a spider viviparous or oviparous?
Spiders are primarily oviparous, meaning they lay eggs. Female spiders produce egg sacs that contain numerous eggs, which they often guard until they hatch. While there are a few exceptions where some species exhibit viviparous behavior (giving birth to live young), the majority of spiders reproduce through laying eggs.
What spider has the weakest web?
The spider with the weakest web is generally considered to be the house spider (family Theridiidae), particularly species like the common house spider (Parasteatoda tepidariorum). Their webs are often irregular and messy, lacking the structural strength seen in more specialized webs like those of orb-weavers. These webs serve primarily to catch small insects rather than provide strong structural integrity.
What does the fisher spider eat?

Spiders share their habitat within a web by utilizing specific zones for different activities, such as hunting, resting, and mating. Some species exhibit tolerance towards others, allowing them to coexist in the same web, while others are territorial and will drive away intruders. The structure of the web itself can also accommodate multiple spiders, with larger webs often supporting various species by providing ample resources. However, competition for prey can lead to aggressive interactions, ultimately influencing their survival and coexistence.

What are a wolf spider's inherited traits?
Wolf spiders inherit all sorts of traits that are the same as those of most or all other spiders. For instance, they have eight legs.
Wolf spiders inherit some special characteristics that, together, mark them as wolf spiders: Almost none of them make webs. Four of their eight eyes are small, two are medium, and two are large. Their vision is better that most other spiders. They rove around until they encounter a cricket or some other prey item, and then they run over, grab it, and give it a venomous bite. They are not able to climb up glass and other very smooth surfaces. They carry their eggs wrapped up in a spherical silken sac that they hang from their spinnerets. After the eggs hatch the spiderlings climb up onto the mother's back. On her back are special body parts that stick out for the baby spiders to hang on to. The mother wolf spiders are very protective of their egg sacs and of their baby spiders.
These spiders are not very easily spooked. They may stay where they are until a human or other large creature gets pretty close. However, once somebody gets too close these spiders will run away. They can move very fast. Like most other spiders, if you grab one, roll over on it in bed, put your foot into a shoe where it is hiding, it will most likely give you a defensive bite. Many wolf spiders are large, sometimes they have body lengths of around one inch. So if one of these spiders wants to tell you, "Let go!" it will give you a very convincing reason to do so.
Wolf spiders almost always have good camouflage for whatever is their preferred terrain. They never have bright colors, although some of them are almost white.
These spiders tend to eat the kinds of insects that are agricultural problems for humans--things like crickets, grasshoppers, etc. They almost never eat bees or other beneficial insects.
What does camel spider poison do to humans?
First of all the "camel spider" isn't really a spider; it's a spider kin called a solafugid (means "flees from the Sun," which it certainly does). Its venomous bite is painful, but not deadly, to humans. Stories about its anesthetic powers are not true.
Can you clean off spider venom from a sandal?
I wouldn't be worried about it. If I thought there might be some black widow venom I guess that I would throw both sandals in the washing machine.
Actually, just a little soap and water should remove it. Unless you are in danger of cutting your foot right at the point where there is some dried venom, there should not be any problem with leaving the venom where it is. Spider venoms are chemically complex, so it seems likely that UV in the sunlight, oxygen from the air, and maybe some other factors would make the venom lose its original chemical nature pretty quickly. I've never heard any reports of people getting hurt by accidental contact with any spider venom that wasn't delivered by way of a spider's fangs.
If fresh black widow venom were allowed to drip into an open wound, then I think you would feel it right away and leave your wound under a cold water faucet until the venom got diluted and washed away.
I have no idea what people who collect spider venom to make antivenoms may do to clean up their lab equipment, tabletops, etc. I suspect that a little Comet Cleaner or something else with chlorine bleach in it, or maybe an alcohol disinfectant, would be all that they would ever feel that they needed to use. But they would probably be worried more about the health of their spiders than that somebody might come in with a sliced-open hand and rub the wound around on the lab table where they extract black widow venom. I think I remember reading that freeze dried spider venoms can be purchased for research purposes, so I'm inclined to believe that you either have wet venom or dry powder. Nothing I can every remember reading has suggested that the venom is sticky.
I think the real problem would be how to preserve venom on a sandal so that it would not lose its potency. For that the safe thing might be to put the whole thing in an airtight container and then freeze it or something. That's just a round-about way of saying that I don't think you should have any problem getting rid of the venom at all. I'd be surprised if washing the sandal under a garden hose didn't get all of it, but since you're worried about it, why not try pouring some Clorox on it? Then you could run it through the washing machine.
The only time I ever saw wolf spider venom that had been injected into a cotton pad it was dark brown. If you can see where the venom is, then squirting it with water would probably remove the colored stuff. If that didn't work then alcohol followed by a rinse and then some liquid bleach would probably remove the color. Beyond that I don't know how you could possibly prove that there was no venom remaining.
