I have 4 spiders as pets and have learned that they can go as long as 90 days without eating so i would leave 1 or 2 crickets with her and she will eat when she fells ready
I have a Mexican Red Knee (still not fully adult) that behaved just this way.
You need to give your spider some time. If she doesn't eat within the next couple of days, I'd be concerned, but not yet.
Give it a couple of days more without food or disturbance to let the spider "de-stress". If she still doesn't eat, there could be a problem.
Golly man. Relax- she just molted, you shouldn't try and feed her so soon. wait a couple of days and if she still doesn't eat, then you should probably call someone who is knowledgeable about that breed of spider for advice.
The spider's fine, don't feed her. She'll snap out of it in two weeks.
ALL OF THE ABOVE ANSWERS ARE CORRECT, BUT YOU SHOULDN'T TRY AND FEED YOUR TARANTULA FOR 14 DAYS AFTER IT HAS UNDERGONE ECDYSIS AS IT'S FANGS WON'T BE HARD ENOUGH.
What is the difference between spider and crab?
A spider is NOT an insect. It is, well I don't know what it is, a thing that can make webs. It also has eight legs! Some of them can be poisonous when they bite you. I think a Black Widow is poisonous, but maybe it isn't. A crab is a crustacean just like lobsters, crayfish or crawfish, shrimp, krill, and barnacle. It also has sharp pincers and always moves sideways. ( Trust me, I know these things from swimming in the ocean at Junior Lifeguards.) Bam! I just answered your question. I am smart aren't I? : ) ( I would do emoji but pcs can't read it.) It will just be a boring square.
What poisonous animals are in Egypt?
There are plenty of poisonous animals in Egypt like certain species of scorpions and spiders. Rattle snakes are also poisonous animals in Egypt.
nope. they eat bees, ants, etc. but not beetles.
An interesting bit of info
Tarantulas will stun a beetle or a wasp and lay eggs on it. The beetle or wasp stays alive but paralyzed and when the eggs hatch they eat the beetle or the wasp.
I thought that I'd add a little information to this answer. The user asking the question above did not specify Tarantulas or just any spider in general. There is a spider that primarily eat beetles it's fangs are specially designed to penetrate a beetles shell. I do not know the exact name of this spider. It's found in the western United States. If anyone does know the name of this particular spider please message me at my_life_notyours@live.com.
Why aren't spiders considered insects?
Because they were containing an eight-limbs or eight-legs
therefore;
The six-legged species were been enough to call as insects
What is the likelihood that you will never dream of spiders?
The likelihood of never dreaming of spiders is low, as dreams are influenced by various factors and can include a wide range of subjects, including spiders.
