As I understand it Congenital Spinal Stenosis is a form of Spinal Stenosis that one is born with rather than an age induced degenerative condition. Spinal Stenosis refers to the constriction of the canal and other structures of the spine that our nervous system runs thru. If the condition is severe it could put pressure on the neural structures of the spine causing pain. Please understand I am not in the medical field but have been researching this and other spinal conditions as my husband has reciently been diagnosed with a number of spinal issues that we wish to understand.
A pathological condition in which there is progressive destruction of the myelin sheath?
Demyelinating diseases such as Multiple Sclerosis, Krabbe's Disease, and Guillain-Barre Syndrome involve degeneration of the myelin sheath. In these conditions, movement is limited to minimal as nerve conduction is reduced due to the loss of efficacy of the myelin.
What connects gray matter on the left and right sides of the spinal cord?
That sounds as if it is a brain.
Another answer:
It is the Thalamus.
The thalamus consists of two lateral masses of neural tissue that are joined by a narrow isthmus of neural tissue called the intermediate mass.
What is the medical term meaning pertaining to the softening of the spinal cord?

What can be found in brain and nervous tissue?
Yes. The brain is composed of two kinds of nerve cells neurons (which are either afferent, interneurons, or efferent) and neuroglia (which has several subtypes).
Nerves through the backbone that connects the brain and the rest of the body?
Nerves connect all parts of the body to the Central Nervus System (CNS) This is a long cord of nerves that travel up the spine and into the brain. The brain is the control of the Central Nervus System
The brain. Everytime you touch something, a signal is almost instantly sent to your brain and back, "telling" you how to react. Like if you were to touch something hot accidentally, you jerk your hand away very quickly. It is because your brain "tells" you it's hot, and not to touch it anymore.
White matter is one of the two components of the central nervous system, and it consists mostly of glial cells and myelinated axons that transmit signals from one region of the cerebrum to another and between the cerebrum and lower brain centers. Grey matter contains neural cell bodies, unlike white matter, it does not and it mostly contains myelinated axon tracts. Tracts are bundles of fibers that connect to different parts of the central nervous system. A collection of related anatomic structures Roots receive information sent by neurons. Spinal nerves refer to a mixed of spinal nerves, which carry motor, sensory, and autonomic signals between the spinal cord and the body.

bnc test cord is used to transfer voltage or charges from high potential to low potential
It is the area between the pia matter and the arachnoid membrane of the brain.
The pia matter is part of the membrane that surrounds the brain and spinal cord.
The arachnoid membrane is the inner layer of three layers that surround the brain and spinal cord.
Is it normal to feel head pressure?
Typically, the pressure inside and outside your head is equalized, which is a good thing since the atmosphere on Earth is applying over 14 pounds per square inch to your skull. But if you have chronic sinus problems, or if your Eustachian tubes are clogged because of infection, proper equalization cannot occur and pain results. So, no, it isn't normal, and you should see a doctor. He may prescribe some sort of decongestant.
