Most similar stamps of that year retail for 40 cents, but some company made up

framed displays of that stamp to sell to accountants and drove the price up.

The 20 cent used price mostly for labor - dealers pay less than one cent for such stamps.

For use as postage, your local post office. For collectors, you can find them in hobby stores, usually in large packets. Dealers are another source. Online auctions such as eBay often have thousands of cataloged items, as well as big packages that you can sort and catalog yourself. Have fun!

Currently you can purchase it for 44 cents. The Forever stamp is worth the cost to mail one ounce of first class mail. It will always be worth that much regardless of how much it costs at the post office.

This is a useful tool in PhotoShop and other photo software packages. The word 'clone' implies the making of a duplicate, and that is what the clone tool does. You set the size of the clone, which then shows as a circle indicating the part of the photograph that will be duplicated. After centering the circle at the desired location you hit alt-click. Then wherever you place the circle, a click will replace what is under the circle with what appears at the desired location.

You have considerable control. You can determine how strong the clone will be. 100% overwrites completely with the chosen location. Varying degrees of strength will cause varying degrees of blending. I have found this useful for repairing backgrounds of old photographs. With experimentation, and careful selection of size and strength, you can blend in good parts of the background to cover heavy blemishes, or places where you have for some reason removed an object.

You can also determine if the 'chosen location', where you first did the alt-click, always remains at that very spot, or if the clone tool will 'pick up' areas of the photograph, following the pattern of your movement with the tool. In other words, if there is a column on the right of the photo, and you want to duplicate it on the left, you could alt-click at the top of the column, then move the tool to the left, and when you click-and-hold the tool and move it downward, the tool will 'pick up' the column on the right as you move down on the left.

The 1988 Christmas issue was initially produced with the lowest value stamp denominated at 13p. Before the set went on sale postal rates were increased, and most of the 13p stamps were destroyed. The same design was reprinted as 14p. However, some stamps printed with "13p" had already been set aside. A few have been found - "13p" errors are very rare, being worth a few thousand pound each.

I assume you are referring to the full sheet of 20 stamps printed in 1995.

If so, the value is approx. $10-15 for the whole sheet. Although, it doesn't guarantee that you will receive this price. This is a very common issue and is recent. Therefore, it would still generally be used for postage.

Ben Franklin has been the subject of numerous stamp issues. You will need to consult the catalogs and do some research. There are lots of stamps issued and they vary in value from almost nothing to some nice values.

Most libraries will have a copy of Scott's Postage Stamp Catalog of the World. First of all, you have to identify the specific stamp or card. That in itself can be a daunting task, but most of the catalogs are well illustrated with lots of information. Once you know what item you have, the catalog will provide a set of prices that can be used to estimate value.

There are a few places where one can get personal postage stamps. There are specialist websites such as Photo stamps and picture it postage that offer this service.

These sold for 33 cents and are still worth that amount as postage. You can only use them for postage for destinations inside the US.

39 cents in 2006 and that is what they are still worth-- you would have to add 3 cents additional postage.

20 cents

Scott #938 Most used US postage stamps are worth 20 cents, the minimum amount required to catalog and stock the stamps. Unused will always be worth at least their face value and this Mint stamp has a catalog value of 20 cents. Special cancellations and different values are likely to be worth more. Consult a postage stamp catalog, usually available at your local library for exact identification and catalog values.

These are worth the first-class rate, which is now 45 cents. However, if the rate goes up, their value will go up to match -- they will always be worth the first-class rate . That is why they are called "forever" stamps. (6/12)

Soak in hot water, but this gets rid of the gum on the back. To partially preserve the gum you would need a lifter device sold at stamp shops. The device is essentially a humidor, a closed container that has a very humid environment. Another item that will sometimes work is to put them in the freezer. Once they've been in there for a couple hours, they can sometimes be separated.

This is a common stamp which is easily obtainable. No stamp in good condition is worthless to a collector.

A lot of different Bicentennial covers were issued. The value depends on which one, and condition. On average you can pick them up for anywhere from .99cents to a couple of bucks. Again, without knowing which one, it's pretty much impossible to give a clearer answer.

Philatelists usually like any type of stamp. Some specialize in Italian stamps, others World Wide. If they are not interested in it for their own collection, perhaps they can trade it for something they do like.

That could be a number of stamps Scott number US 1510, or 1520 as it was released in many version. It has a minimal value and can be purchased for 50 cents in mint condition and 15 cents used.

Two stamps fit this description, one worth much more than the other. If you have the one that belongs to Lousiana Purchase series (1908, 2 on either side of Jefferson portrait) then it's $27 for mint $2 for used.

If it's a small stamp, with 2 at the bottom of the stamp, it was issued btwn 1954 and 68 and worth about .20cents mint and used.

Keep in mind these prices are for stamps in excellent condition.
