Strep Throat

It start like you have a cold and you like lose your voice and it become a strep throat.

Opinion may differ upon the nature of sport and treating physician. That is not good to stop the child from playing out door games. May be after seven days, the child should be allowed to play, out door games.

Step Throat is an infection caused by steptococcus bacteria. The immune system is of course compromised during such infection and would normally require the prescription of antibiotics to help combat the illness. Until the body's immune system can overcome the infection (with the aid of antibiotics), the body would normally feel weak during the recovery period.

The bacterium is called "streptococcal pharyngitis". This is the strain which causes strep throat. There are many other causes for sore throat as well, so be sure and check with your doctor if you have a fever of 101 or higher. Then you should disinfect any surfaces that you touch regularly ie: door handles, telephones, remotes, toys etc. Throw away toothbrushes and toothpaste as they store all the germs you want to get rid of. Toss chap-stick, or lipsticks or disinfect.

You can disinfect with a disinfectant from the store but if you would like to to be safe and eco friendly you can make a cleaner with tea tree oil or go to your local health food store to purchase.

If you continue to have reoccurring infections check other family members who may be carriers.
