Answering your question, I don't think he did. If you notice closely, the woman he sees in the beginning (before all flashbacks) isn't Hanare at all. The woman has blue eyes instead of brown eyes; Hanare has a beauty mark under the right eye, but the woman didn't. But we know for sure that Kakashi still loved her ;]

Very much so. Seasons 1-3 proved that. In these seasons, he blushes around her quite a few times because of her generosity. In the other seasons, it does not seem very noticeable. He might just only have a crush on her or thinks of her a very close friend.

In 1974, the Daytime Emmy was created and in 1976, Sesame Street won it's first Daytime Emmy. Between 1976 and 2011, Sesame Street has been nominated for 286 Daytime Emmys, winning 125 of them. This is almost 3.5 wins per year since 1976.
